I think you can plug in an express lrs micro module into a tx16 . And still be able to use frsky , hblt , crossfire , and the rest of the models .

Lost the capability to connect the USB on my D8/D16 version, so nice that the USB port is connected to this upgrade board. Just bought this for $20, now a long wait till it arrives from China. Thanks for the information, should hold me over till some new Game changing small format controller appears.

BetaFPV should add OPTION to also purchase a 1S battery with JST 1.5 connector with this board, I'm having trouble sourcing one without huge shipping costs.

When are the expressLRS RTF kits coming out? Seems cheap enough. $45 radio, $45 goggle, $80 drone? Damn, the noobs have it so easy now!

They have them you just need to buy the parts and program them by " flashing " them with a large computer network running in software allowed by location and settings too will all be done for you . If you do what they want or are not hated for no reason or do not provide upgrade fees on a timer .

I have to admit 20 more dollars for the whole controller...
The patch antenna is probably good enough for most purposes. If you really want to go far, it would be better to get an external module that can go to a higher power output like 250mW or 500mW. On 100mW, I'm not sure how much more range you'll really get with a high gain antenna.
I would buy the t lite if anyone had it in stock, except so many rumors ... of elrs stuff.

Hi, man. How long is range for this radio or antenna?)
Range will vary on a lot of factors. Could be as little as 100m or as much as 20km. Max range on 100mW was almost 30km on some testers. But they probably knew what they were doing.

It's only for expressLRS. Replaces the D8 D16 board so that's gone.
@@frankcastillo8869 well it's a plus if your needing a radio first your lrs needs!But if u have alit of frisky or the d8,16 protocol figure then your screwed!!! Lol! LUCKLY 4 ME NEITHER 1! In more of a Jumper T Lite kinda guy,w/ yep LRS,! But sadly have not been able to use it cause my computer broke the same day I ordered my E-lrs t Lite version,!
