- In today's Europa Universalis IV video we will be removing the rest of the world outside of Europe and letting the AI fill it in with quick colonization using the Colonize Pls mod. England, France, Castile and the rest, they will all remain, and colonization should be quick and decisive!

@@so9784 Yes, the potential requirements does not include even having aragon as a junior partner so as long as you're castille you will always be able to see the decision (unless your capital is not in Iberia). ery weird why he couldn't see the decision but probably just some problems from the mod he's using

"Technically europe" is so arbitrary and stupid. Usually its just the political machinations that support people's ideas and power. Since europe is in geology a region, not continent, it should be what is historically and today associated closely with "europe". For example places like georgia, turkey, armenia, should be included. All of turkey was de jure greece only 500 years ago, and pre ww1 half of anatolia was greek.
So weird to call it asia. Sure continentally, but so is "europe"
