They already have a faction leader walking that fine line and has been walking that fine line for a long time. Sylvannas they set up both her and Jaina so they can switch them to the evil side if needed. I just hope they do not....
i hate the alliance, but i feel sorry for jaina too, she was one of a few people that really tried to make the difference, to make peace, she didn't deserve this destiny (mainly lose arthas in my point of view)

jaina‘s story is quite good. It explains some of the truth of the world. Something that most people didn't realize and many people refuse to tell you. The fastest way to make peace is through war; the best way to keep justice is to make them suffer for what they have done to the others, the best way to make people understand each other is to send them to the battlefield and kill. People won't understand things until they suffered.
but she still can be azshara. They made her a lich (heathstone) and a dreadlord (HOTS Kel'Thuzad Patch) already so I believe she will either redeem herself or end up as Damsel in distress captures and replaced by Azshara. This would open up the oppertunity to return dead jaina as a Lich Queen ("Let it Gooooo") in a future expansion and WoW needs to work on its villain character development since so many have already been taken out. If they ever want to take Sylvanas down they do have to replace her with some undead leader and that has not happened yet so Sylvanas as big bad is definately safe. Jaina on the other hand is not occupying any important spot currently and she left both factions alone in their time of need which is totally out of character for her. I believe she has either been turned or already replaced by someone or ... someTHING else... I do believe she might return as good character and go down within the expansion turning out to be the big bad. I Expect some kind of Diablo3 type Belial Situation involving her and maybe Azshara since both Azshara and Belials Minions were Snake Like creatures.
TheLun4tic personally, I think she left dalaran for aid for something bigger, n'zoth is likely the big bad for next expansion, and I personally believe janina has gone to her homeland of kul'tiras, that one human kingdom everyone seems to forget about, it's possible n'zoth has taken over most of it, as they are a sea faring nation, and has been tied up there, it would be amazing to see her either corrupted and cleansed, or comes back requesting the aid of both factions for the bigger threat than the legion, it's all my personal opinion, but it'd be a different way of looking at it than, she's a dreadlord in disguise
