Beautiful creation!! How sweet is this yule log? I'd love to serve both keto & non- keto people.
Thank you! For me, it’s just right. It doesn’t taste bland. But it really depend on each person’s preference. Since the cake uses only 1 tbsp sweetener, the frosting could be sweeter as how I made it (using 1/4 cup sweetener).
Feel free to add more sweetener to cater to non keto peeps :) enjoy!
