    Can I silence any haters out there... this board is a must ride, must have for 98% of surfers out there. Sure if your going Pro you may want a different sled. But if you are a weekend warrior or a respected local this board works, in all conditions, and however hard you want to surf it. Paddles and catches waves like a dream. Watch your wave count and ride length double or triple every session, for real. Again if you are a Pro caliber surfer in peak fitness looking for ultra high performance you may want to look elsewhere but this board works awesome for the other 98% of us surfers. Try one & buy one you won’t regret it.

    I have a Hypto Krypto in 6'4 and surf since this summer. So as a beginner, I went through the quiver of a surf school in India for one month and I find remarkable about the Hypto, that it opens kind of a time window for me as a beginner to react. It is forgiving and that's exactly what I feel like I need to learn and understand. It feels like my brain just has time to understand what happens. Every beginner should surf a Hypto. As a learn effect enhancing board.

    I have a Hypto in 5'4 and I love it.
    Definitely looking for another board for those smaller days. Thinking of a Lost Puddle Jumper or something similar to that.

      Catch the Wave The Puddle Jumper is pretty special in small waves CTW...have you seen the review? ua-cam.com/video/P-08omZHtHY/v-deo.html

      CompareSurfboards.com Thanks. Puddle Jumper,RV, really stuck between the two. Not sure which one will be better during wind chop days. I know some boards seem to work better in those conditions compared to others.

    So, a few years later, how did that board held up? Lots of review saying it is an extremely fragile board. Did you have any issues with it? Who manufactured yours, is it Global industry or Surftech? I'm just wondering because as a beginner/intermediate, I'm worried about the fragility of the board as I will most likely beat the sh*t out of it until I get better. Thanks

      Well if that board it 5'4, next to him, makes him about 5'7. Then looking at his build he is about 160lbs 72kg

    I've heard some really bad reviews about these boards when they are made by Global Surf Industries. Does anyone have much experience with this, yay or nay?

    • @olafhenke5654
      @olafhenke5654 7 років тому

      Yes. Im not going to get another one since the ones around here come from thailand and its wasting my money.

    • @gregcolin9488
      @gregcolin9488 7 років тому

      Sure tons of boards come from out of the country but did you have any issues with the construction. Yours was from Global Surf Industries and broke or dinged easier than normal?

    • @hellaflygames788
      @hellaflygames788 7 років тому +1

      i have also heard lots o f bad but mine is gsi and i havent had any problems other than the rail being the weakest part but i surf alot and its just a board os its understandable but other than that the board is super tough

      Flavortown he said Future FLEX. It’s the glassing and the structure (with the black rails). He’s not talking about fins.

    • @krusher74
      @krusher74 5 років тому +1

      he said he was working on a futures quad set.

  • @BenDover-vs7ih

    So someone shed a light on this board for me. Apparently this futureflex technology is cheap as sh*t. Someone is selling this exact board which broke in half on him on craigslist for 20 bucks. Apparently it's not too sturdy. Is there a better version then this FutureFlex crap.

    • @kinouillek
      @kinouillek 4 роки тому +2

      Do you know if his board was built by Surftech or Global Industry? Apparently Hyptos used to be built by GI and Surftech took over and the quality is better now. Don't know how true that is though.

      Try the PE or PE-C. They stay in good condition for a long while

    • @Skimboardbrasil
      @Skimboardbrasil 3 роки тому

      The futureflex just means unidirectional carbon fiber trough out the rails. Makes the board very stiff trough the rails and flex in the midle.
      If you just look at a composite store to buy 4 meters of unidirecional carbon fiber you will see that there is no way someone will sell an epoxy carbon fiber rail surfboard for $20

      110% wrong so what exactly are you talking about? Go study some board design then come back.
