I genuinely think the 196Sp would be worth the $20m price bc in 10 years time it would probably sell for double that

I liked this style of video! Keep it up! The 196SP is actually worth over $20m I learnt at Noosa concours

people are throwing around many different valuation figures. It's hard to say what it's truly worth unless it goes up for auction.

In the early days money was tight and it was quite common for parts, especially engines, to be used in several cars!

It's funny because I noticed the F40 in the background while you were going on about the 196 SP and I thought "oh look, just an F40 over there, no big deal. Nothing to see here..." and then you started filming it. You can't ignore a legend. lol

Now i see what inspired the F430 front air intakes.

there's a couple 250 models with a "shark nose" front end as well, could have been them...

I tried it this summer at the factory and I liked it (particulary the sound and torque) but it cooked my legs at low speed with air heated up by the heads. The only remedy was to go fast but that's not always the case around crowded italian lakes.

as a race car, i suppose it was supposed to drive fast anyway haha. If you did indeed drive one of these you're a lucky person!

Your second fact about the F40 is actually not true, ALL F40's left the Ferrari factory in red (just like all 288 GTO's did), but some were later repainted at Scaglietti and configured to RHD according to the Sultan's wishes. A few more were repainted in black and yellow for special customers.

In 50-60 years a 2023 Ferrari will be nowhere near as cool as a 50 - 60 year old Ferrari is today. As a 3rd generation Ferrari Club Of America member i'm all too familiar with the downward trajectory of Ferrari that began with Enzo's death

for sure. nowadays they're just trying to make as much money as possible. there's 1498 Ferrari 812 Competiziones but only 6 of these...

3:05 Is the top speed limited in Australia or is it just a typo?
