Loving the content and happy to see the new temporal forces being used this early on. I feel like buddy poffin really changes the game and helps all those evolution based decks that were starting to feel power crept with all the new powerful basic pokemon
Agreed. Hoping that a lot of those decks can cut cards like Brigitte and Gloria that weren’t great after the first few turns and play a card like Arven which has utility throughout the game while now also helping get set up.
I love this format so much. Wish I could play here in my city with other people. I can't cause nobody plays it. I thought the new arbok was great for the poison deck.
The new Arbok does look pretty good. It was competing for space in my list with some of the other stage 1’s and I thought that seviper might be a better fit for what I was trying to do. Might need to see if I can fit an Arbok into one of my poison lists though.
I've been watching your videos for a while. Thanks and good job on the constant upgrades and consistent uploads! I always find the intro music to be too loud, though, as well as some of the sound effects - like Guzzlord's attack. Nice work.
same lars as below but computer. rewatched to judge the editing for ya. i don't mind watching and listening to the gameplay. i like the background music towards the end. it fills up the quite time. not loud but subtle amount is nice. i like how the cards are shown now and the poison noise is a nice add. looking back at the 18 minutes. am i missing something, i thought when you evolve you eliminate conditions like poison.
Buddy poffin is great for stage 2 decks since most of those start 70hp or less. Side note I've been trying timer ball more and more because it's two pokemon however I have to run ultra ball or pokemon communication in case I don't flip what I want. With ball guy you can easily string something together out of that combo. Very consistent. Last note, have you folks heard of the raid format?
@@allaboutthatbaisch at the moment there are only a couple videos I've found on UA-cam. It is in the pokemon handbook right in the alternative format area with GLC. Basically players team up and battle a boss pokemon. Main difference is the supporters, I can technically play a Gloria for you and I could potentially play two supporters from my hand. The raid deck has its own list of stuff but the main thing is it can play any amount of supporters and attack energy for free.

@@Majin_210Atticus can probably go. I was just trying it out, but I don't think it's good enough even though I think the card design is cool. Artazon might be better served as parallel city too. Some people aren't big fans of seviper, but I still rate it.

I’ve heard of the raid format, but I’m not sure how it’s played. Is there a video or a website where I can find out more about it?
