The “how did I know if I finished” question is tough. People always told me “I would know” when I was younger and I didn’t. Women experience a low-high scale of ‘pleasure’ when they finish, making it harder to know for some rather than others. I’ve realized it can be beneficial to explain the sensation women may feel when finishing rather than assuming they will know. Just some insight 💕😊
Laser is mostly recommended for dark hair and light skin. It’s changed my life. When I used to shave, my hair would literally start growing out the next day because I have such thick, coarse, dark hair. I used to get so much ingrown hairs and it was very painful when my hair would grow out. Truly worth the investment.
@@mariamm593 I’ve gotten 7 sessions of laser and tbh the pain is probably a 7/10 for a few seconds. Definitely hurts more towards the labia. I used to wax and the pain is about the same! So worth it though
I was feral when I started dating my husband.. we went through a lot of ups and downs with our sex life. Happy to say we’re in a healthy and fun place 7 years and 1 kid later. Communication is key!!
🙊🐰🐰🐰 as a 24 year old, Hispanic middle child who is currently on her way out of the mid life crisis stage of life, this episode really made me feel less lonely, I related to it so much, I turn 25 in march and not to say that I hope I’m fixed by then but… I hope to be a different person by that day because I’m tired of feeling like all I do is cry, I’m tired of living in fear and anxiety due all of my childhood trauma. Im choosing to let go, thank you girlies, you guys really make my week better.
What a wonderful sister podcast! 🐇 This made me feel so validated in my mid life crisis as well. Especially letting go of friends and being afraid but knowing I couldn't change into the amazing person I am today without letting go.
love the family-relationship part, i would really like for you to talk more about family trauma and boundaries, like how to keep respecting your own boundaries and try to take care of the relationship at the same time (low contact etc), thankyou for speaking about this, it's so relevant and important for a lot of people - especially the part about being a firstborn daughter of an immigrant mom that grew up with different cultural standards in terms of gender roles and just boundaries in general.i would like more episodes like this, they are really helpful!
i just recently turned 21 and i've been watching you guys since i was in middle school so listen to this episode and the advice you guys gave is so full circle to me. i grew up without sisters and this episode genuinely felt like you guys were my older sisters give me advice so thank you
nah cz why did I tear up when Remi communicated to her mom how she felt. that was so perfect way of communicating needs & resolving the lil blip. I for sure always have trouble finding the perfect words to communicate without being too this or too that. 😭im leaning heavy into extending grace too cz I know that I would want it extended to me 🤎
I work for a distributor of sex toys and almost everything in the adult industry. I'm so happy toys, vibrators, and such are bring normalized 💗 It's such a great and safe alternative nowadays.
Love these open conversations! I am going through a PCOS journey as well and trying to figure out medications that will work for me and I struggle so much with low libido. It’s nice to hear that I’m not alone in this. I always feel so bad or guilty even though my husband always reassures me that it’s okay. Love you guys!! Thank you for this episode!!
Emily Nagoski would be a very interesting and informative guest to have on to discuss more of these topics!! She’s a sex educator who wrote the book Come As You Are and also hosts the Come As You Are Podcast
There are these things called yes, no, maybe lists that are good to go over alone and/or with a partner for different things you like, or don’t, or want to try. It opens up the conversation and teaches you new things about yourself and your partner.
Wow, this was a surprising topic. Though I'm not one for sex I live for relationships and enjoy being in a relationship. It is an amazing feeling. It's important to be educated and trust your intuition when the right time to have sex is in your own relationship. Thanks for the advice and for sharing your own experiences! ❤❤
I already had my episode dropped out of school and now I'm doing what I love and I feel amazing. I was so stressed for so long and thought that I had to go to school and get a degree in order to be succesful but that's not true. My parents pressured me a lot but I was lucky that I had friends that help me throughout it. ❤
I loved this episode sm. I feel like now that I'm 25 I'm starting to feel comfortable letting myself experience these things and he open to talking about it. Thank you both for speaking on this topic 🩷
When Alisha was talking about getting a bikini wax and saying that it hurt really got to me. I know everyone has there own pain tolerance and it doesn't hurt that bad I feel like the ladies who do the wax need to do it fast and it won't hurt that bad. I've gotten it done and it's been very great and didn't hurt at all.
Alisha in a past episode or vlog you mentioned how your medication was working and why would you stop using it if it’s working and I’ve used that advice to my friends. I tell them “do what you please but if it’s working why would you test it?” Some of the best advice I’ve resonated with
Btw if you are a woman of color or have very curly hair. I recommend to not shave but wax or laser instead. When you have curly hair (especially down there) when you shave it can easily cause ingrown hair bc of the curl.
it's so weird hearing alisha talk about these things cause she never talks about her own love life. she also just said that she doesn't do one night stands but she also hasn't been in a relationship in years so i wonder if she's giving the advice based on experience or just theory. both are totally fine btw i understand not wanting to talk about your private life but if that's the case then it's kinda weird doing these tmi advice episodes
From the way they've laughed at certain stories, I have a feeling, just a "feeling", Alisha has had 1 night stands. I just don't think she does it frequently. 😅
I think she talks on experience but she doesn’t want to go into much detail. Just cause she wants to keep things private doesn’t mean she can’t answer the questions babes!
She also said she has to know the person for a while. I took that to mean she wasn’t in a relationship, but knew the person well enough to have a connection and take it to a physical level, but it was not a one night stand.
I understand your sentiment! her advice is rooted in her experience without her going into specifics, which can be frustrating as a listener. like “what does she know about X?!?!” just know she’s giving advice with the best intention to the best of her ability. her keeping a firm boundary on not sharing details of her dating/ sex life online is a great thing. how candid remi is about all those things is also a great thing. everyone’s experiences and comfort levels are so different at the end of the day. this chat is light-hearted advice, not a concrete rule book so if anything they say doesn’t apply to you, take it with a grain of salt. hopefully, the advice they give resonates with whoever needs it most 🩷 thank you for listening, and I hope you enjoyed the episode otherwise.
I’m assuming based on both. And also being surrounded by friends/family/ whoever, you learn from their experiences. I’ve never gone through a divorce but my parents have and I feel like I could give some advice if someone asked me. Does that make sense? Lol. Anyway I love hearing the advice from both sides
remi you are me lmao. my boyfriends parents don't let us sleep together when we visit them, despite being grown ass adults, so when we go to the store or anything i'm like HELLLOOOOOO lol
I’m freshly 20 a the question about the life crisis the things Yall had to say about letting it go an not bring it with you was the best advice I have ever heard. ❤️I love you guys I’ve been watching since I was little
I had a crisis recently over me being a heavy daydreamer so the advice to daydream real life moments is very valuable!… but I’m crazy and will continue 😄
You’re right that is 100% correct do not have sex with the guy you don’t know if the relationships is not there don’t do nothing. sex toys is where it’s at stay safe stay clean I know I was once your age too. I am 55 married for 20 years and have a kid that is 25 and has a little one already .. play it safe. Wait till you find your right
Remi as a mom I appreciate what you said about your mom, in some situations your mama definitely needs grace, as a mom and if you are my first born I'm experiencing firsts along with you, and I know speaking for myself cause I know all moms aren't the same but I want the best for my kids so maybe thats why she was adding notes haha. Loved this episode!!
At best, in a lab, by lab techs, testing condoms at best is 89-91%. Definitely talk with your doctor to find ways to bridge that 9-11% gap. My brother was a condom baby and it was from a box that was in a protected cabinet that only my dad went in. Still to this day, I cleaned every inch of the house and never saw the condoms. My dad got a vasectomy after finding out about my brother's existence. Also to know sometimes vasectomys do not work. My friend found this out the hard way. And you can reverse a vasectomy within a few years. Another friend had twins with his wife and got divorced 9 months after his vasectomy--almost as though his wife planned it that way. Then he remarried a year or two later and got "reconnected" and has two lovely children with his awesome new wife. Life is funny with its twists and turns
It has been so long since I’ve been this early I love you guys and the podcast so much ❤️ it’s also my birthday today so you uploading kinda feels like a little birthday gift lol thank you
I agree what you guys are saying about you guys moms because, me and my mom were really close before she pass almost 2 years ago, she was my best friend like she used to take me to Disneyland just me and her and when I was getting older like a teenager me and her we drift a part and I understand you guys are saying I love my mom so much 💜yea me and her we had our moments but I am thankful that she was the best mom ever and im grateful for that
As a fellow girly who is wanting action, is there any toy recommendations lol i definitely fall into the boat of wanting to not have a one night stands but still feel ✨️ needs ✨️
How remi talked about the mom situation brought me to tears. Parents are learning as they go too, no one is perfect 😭❤️

perfectly said, I agree with this!

what do you rate the pain 1-10?? im thinking about doing it
@@mariamm593 I’ve gotten 7 sessions of laser and tbh the pain is probably a 7/10 for a few seconds. Definitely hurts more towards the labia. I used to wax and the pain is about the same! So worth it though
Feeling down about my early 20’s and having this episode talking about the exact same thing, making me feel less down this morning! Thank you!
Brilliant ❣️
