I combined this set with the Batman Kryptonite interception and the Penguin's "rolls royce". I added 3 custom pegnuin minions and a batgirl. Joker is flying up in his ballons hauling a Kryptonite countainer with the extra cord, but Batgirl is hanging there from below! Joker "fly" suspended from a cord, while the rest fight over the remaining 2 countainers. That's one epic scene display!

This set is awesome! Some people say that they can skip it since it is possible to get Joker in Batman Movie minifigures blind bag, but I think it is not the same. Real fan should get both - at least Joker has two awesome face prints in this set - evil and smiling, but minifigures version is cute one. Thank you for review, Jang!
*THIS* is what I want Lego to do with long coats. A version of Jokers coat tails with shorter tails would be perfect for normal coats with tails. As for trench coats, I would recommend a cloth piece similar to Marge Simpson's dress, but where to two ends don't quite meet, because they're shortened a bit lengthwise (only the visible skirt bit is shortened, not the connecter bit). Then you just place the opening in the front, and you have an open coat (assuming the printing on the torso matches). An unchanged skirt works as a closed coat, when you place the opening in the front.
I really love this set, it's a fun and good-looking build by itself and the option to connect them to the other two is a nice treat. I also really like that you get the Batman and Joker minifigures with the most affordable set of the line. My only minor complain by a display standpoint is that I feel the absence of some sort of flight stand for the Joker, I ended up making one with a clear dish and a modified version of the clear fence bar you used in the video to hold the figure mid-air.
This set is really nice. The only way it could have been better would have been if it included Fire elements to put in the tank so that it looks like it bursts into flames when you use the exploding feature.
My one very small complaint with this set is that they only gave Joker one blue balloon, when the movie version has two. But that's honestly just a nitpick.
They need to make more small sets like that for Starwars ! I remember when I was a kid I got a small set with Obi-wan and 2 droidekas, or another small set with Anakin and 2 sand people, or yoda and dooku, Darth Vader and the Emperor, now the small sets are only battle packs where you get some random dudes ... for TFA they could've made some kind of door + wall, Han Chewie and a random bad guy + a rathtar, but no you can only get these minifigs in the $150 set. And it's not like they had ton of stuff done for TFA, we got a vehicule that wasnt in the movie, a grey rectangle, 2 x-wings with a color swap, ...
Jangbricks you do a great job on reviewing Lego sets plz keep it up. Also I hope you could give us some tutorials on some of your builds. That would be appreciated. Thank you.

I bought this set, but jockers hands are so thin that they left marks on the handle pieces for his balloon. Besides that the set is really awesome, my only complain is that the giant canister is too loose, leaving some annoying openings.

I don't get why they used the clear bracket piece on the Joker, since he has no problems to grab the handle bars and stay in that pose without it. I think it's a little bit annoying if you want to remove him, cause you have to take the head off, then you have to take the bars out of his hans, putting his head back on it... Yeah. I mean you can simply remove this to use it for other things, but it's kind of weird to me. Anyways a very good set, I got it a few weeks ago from the LEGO online Store and I just love the Lego Batman Movie-Version of the Joker!
Just picked up this set today along with the Mr. Freeze Ice Attack, Scarecrow Special Delivery, and Catwoman Catcycle Chase. I do have a question. Batman's cape and the Joker's coattail piece come in a small cardboard sleeve/box (as all fabric pieces do in Lego sets) and, strangely... I got a spare. I got two boxes with the cape and tails pieces. Two capes, two pairs of coattails. I'm pretty sure it's just a packaging error, and I'm not complaining (I'm actually thinking of possibly shortening the coattails piece and adding it to my normal non-movie Joker figure to see how it looks), but I just wanted to know if anyone else got spares?

A Batman and a Joker minifig in a small set like this looks a really good deal to me.
This is genuinely the best £11.99 Super Heroes set I've seen from LEGO. The builds are equally as exciting as the Minifigures.
