Just to be clear this guy didn't actually make the song, just got the clear audio for it. The song is from DanceDanceRevolution (specifically the newest one, DDR A).
If you've heard him his other attempts at hardcore/speedcore, you can definitely hear his style, especially in the distorted kicks and the synths. But yeah, ARM is very flexible. Seems like a lot of artists that excel in the type of Denpa you'd hear in IOSYS, Innocent Key and Halozy are automatically flexible (probably a given considering all the genre changes and dynamic song elements involved).
Endymion, the Mighty Master of Magic (DARK) Level 7 Pendulum Scale 8 You can remove 6 Spell Counters from your field; Special Summon this card from the Pendulum Zone, then count the number of cards you control that can have a Spell Counter, destroy up to that many cards on the field, and if you do, place Spell Counters on this card equal to the number of cards destroyed. You can only use this effect of "Endymion, the Mighty Master of Magic" once per turn. Me too, I always disable them when possible, part of the magic of DDR is listening to the song you dance to clearly, and the crowd cheering is very loud and annoying, instead of motivate you they annoy you, lol...

大学生活イタイイタイなのだった 超えるの基準がカリスマ性や知名度であるとするならば、弐寺初出だと冥やquell、MENDES、蠍火等。焦点を昔のレジェンド楽曲にあてたらもっと色々あると思います！jubeatならEvansやFLOWER。その他スムーチやREDZONEなど、ENDYMIONよりも人気かつ知名度が高い楽曲はいくらでもありますね！
ただクリア難易度やスコア難易度等を基準にして考えると、こいつに匹敵できるのはValkyrie dimension鬼(SP)、もしくはEGOISM 440鬼(DP)くらいで、冗談抜きで国産の音ゲーなら最強譜面かと思われます。
手でやるゲームの楽曲群に関してはまず足でやるゲームとの比較自体がアレですし、仮に比較しても当たり前ですがDDRには敵わないかと。(国産の公式音ゲーの話をしてるのでBMSや韓国のゲームは除いてます。)
