So much wrong with this video. Stormsurge got nerfed multiple times because of how broken it was. It was the best item in the game at one point for ap burst champs. You also can't lose the game because someone decided to buy a stormsurge, sure its not good because of the *multiple* nerfs it got, but you can't blame that you're losing because of an item someone bought. That's just coping for being bad at the game and blaming others. Instead of blaming others for dumb reasons you can get better at the game and give actual information out. There's a reason you've been stuck at the same amount of subs for 10 years.
