Sapiosexual.Saruhh Only diff is Boogie liked to torture humans and monsters, where as the other residence of Halloween Town only scared people for fun and a profession.
My favourite character is the drunk skeleton. "Women you can't live with 'em *hiccup* You can't live with 'em..." Falls over "Speakin' of pickin' up the peices."
Far Out Brussels Sprout I like the Two soldiers. "A toast, then!" *cheers* *drinks* *rips sword out and collects the green fluid in cup* *drinks* "To the newlyweds!" *puts sword back in*
2:03 Back in like 2008 my grandmother walked in on me watching this part of the movie and freaked out because she thought it was "the work of Satan" and that I was being "influenced by the devil". Good times.
Oh gosh. When I was 5 I was obsessed with this movie and I'd play this song OVER and OVER. Then I became re-obsessed with it again sometime around Halloween at age 10, and I'd watch the movie 5-6 times a day and replay this song constantly. I even missed out of Halloween because I was busy watching this. At school, I would hum it out loud to myself while walking around the playground and I'd talk about the movie constantly to my classmates. Somehow, I'm not even sick of it. (I'm 14 now)
I'd watch this over and over again too, I was so happy I rented it from the little shop that was right down the road from my house, I still watch it to this day and I'm 13 now hahahah
we don't know their stories; maybe they will one day. it's sad about the little skeleton boy & girl; poor little ones! it would probably be too sad knowing their stories
Yeah same here, my little sister Talia loves this film it's her fav and she's loved it since she was little and now she's 8 and still loves all of his films, We all do; it's an amazing childhood xoxo
I loved the Nightmare Before Christmas since I was about 3. I loved this movie when I was 5, although I also loved the Pirates of The Carribean. However I've always had a spot in my heart for dark movies.
I love how the living are bland, colorless, jerks and that the dead are lively, colorfull, exciting. It's just so cool. Tim burton movies never ever get old on me.
I don't know how he manages to do it, but Tim Burton always creates the best movies. And then Danny Elfman makes a soundtrack that absolutely pulls you into the feeling of the story. I feel like I don't even need to explain the important roles Johnny Depp has played in Burton's masterpieces. The trio of awesomeness. And now I'm way too excited for Frankenwenie to come out
Man,I LOVE that song! Seriously, who doesn't love a good jazz number? Say, did anyone else notice the little tribute to Ray Charles? During the intro, the skeleton playing piano?
i love how the dead are 100000x more lively then those who are alive. my sister loves it too. and i used to be SSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO scared of this movie!!! pa-shaw!
My favourite line in this movie is: "Why go to the land of the living when people are dying to get down here?"
Yes.
Jake Zade i freaking love anything sung by danny elfman in this movie ie. the whole song
BlaiddDrwg2009 i lovenit
Clever
Only in a Burton film can the afterlife look like a house party. Bravo.
This is what Oingo Boingo was talking about....
Sapiosexual.Saruhh Only diff is Boogie liked to torture humans and monsters, where as the other residence of Halloween Town only scared people for fun and a profession.
I like how in this movie the dead people look more alive than the living people.
It's an awesome contrast showing that the living world is dull and boring while the world of the dead is alive and upbeat
Victor: I want some questions now!
Skeletal Napoleon: answers, I think you mean answers.
Victor: yes answers thank you!
LOL

2:03 Back in like 2008 my grandmother walked in on me watching this part of the movie and freaked out because she thought it was "the work of Satan" and that I was being "influenced by the devil". Good times.

I wonder if this scared guy , later after death turned into jack the pumpkin king I mean he's tall enough, his limbs look like sticks..

Nice! ^_^
DANNY ELFMAN!
You rock! Don't ever stop making music!
I find it crazy that all of those dead people are stuck in purgatory. Like they haven't found peace, unlike emily.
Perhaps they're all still too attached to 'life'?
we don't know their stories; maybe they will one day. it's sad about the little skeleton boy & girl; poor little ones! it would probably be too sad knowing their stories
That feel when the bass is louder than your wake

Yes. I just cannot get over the fact that this was not intentional. It just needs to make its way into memetown.
This reminds me so much of Grim Fandango I love that game
