Great review! I just found your channel and subscribed. I value your opinion because obviously you have skated a lot of frames and you are a talented skater. I've made this comment to many UA-camrs who skate with a helmet and here I go again, it's always good to see skilled bladers wear a helmet! Keep up the good content.
Hey great video! Do you still make videos and/ or skate these Razors SLs? I have been looking at the Razors SL a lot lately and also have the Oysi mediums. I was thinking of pairing them! Thanks.
I’m loving my medium frames! So I was wondering how the reign v3 compares to the v2? I tried and love the intuitions but it was a tad too small feeling and hurt my feet after a while. I’m a 6-7 shell tried the small intuition and currently have sz 8 reign v2 which seem ok so far.
op tran in my opinion the reign v2 feels way less comfortable than the v3. I had the reign v2 in my aeons and Thems and just didn’t like the feel of it. They gave me pressure points and I didn’t feel like they had support in the right places. The v3 are flexible where they need to be and are way more comfortable in the area on top of my foot. I hope this helps.
Rugerrounds I think the only discomfort I get is prob in the toe area in the v2. I think the v3 with neoprene might help with that, i like how ridged the v2 feels other wise. I guess I’ll just see if I can get a hold of v3s and find out for myself. Thanks again!
Bourgeois Cyborg I was skating the newer h block on the Sola’s. It felt a little bit more drastic on them mainly because of the stiffness of the aluminum frame. The new oysi h block groove is shaped differently now and feels very gradual on the SL
Onno Kaell I really liked the v2 frames. I skates them for about a year. I got the first batch and they had some issues which made them less fun. They were slightly warped and the axles holes were oversized so they rolled really slow. The groove is great on them though. I’ll probably revisit them eventually. Thanks!
I’m not sure about that. I’ve had some tight tolerances but nothing bad enough to damage the spacers. I’ve had three pair and two of the pair were extremely tight. I used a rag to wrap a pair of channel locks to clamp them in. I couldn’t get the wheels in until the spacers were completely pushed in. I hope that helps!
do you think these would be good for learning transition skating? I'm currently on a freestyle setup and love the extra space for grinding ledges, but skating transitions it feels weird. my goal with coping is to try topsides.
Absolutely. The length of these frame plus the slight rocker is perfect for transition. I would recommend the max wheel size. Topsides shouldn’t be an issue.
You rock! Thank you for being informative:) This link thuroshop.com/products/create-originals-hardware?_pos=1&_sid=da0a0ebfa&_ss=r is where i found that the Oysi Medium frames are solid. The hardware spacers which came from Cletus is a more large gauge than usual
ChicodiscO 2 oysi medium by far. The kaltik v2 are great but they have the same issues kaltik has always had. Loose fitting hardware that makes them feel slower, slow plastic that does slide well and flex’s too much and also I had one of the ufs mounts break on them. The only advantage of the kaltik is the wheel options. Oysi medium are leaps and bounds ahead in quality, groove shape and durability.
omg I just got these frames, and this product is seriously flawed. I got the spacers in, but when I attach the frame to the skate, i cant get the inner wheels in! the frame with spacers seems to be too narrow for the wheels/bearings to fit in. Do you maybe have any advice how te get the bearings inbetween the spacers? I'm getting really frustrated here haha.
Kaltik stealth savosin ilia is the latest frame I've found to be super tight, which is funny cuz on the kaltik flat V2 I found the opposite bit loose and sloppy.
These just became available in the UK this weekend and I've got my bubblegum pink pair on the way! I'm glad we're slowly getting more colour back in our products, cuz I'm not a fan of just black. I'm hoping next release of these frames they do a pair in purple. Dreading the installation, everybody I've spoken to has struggled. There's even a skate shop in the US that is apparently not recommending people try themselves and they're doing it for a charge... Ain't got that luxury here, but I'm sure I'll manage. ✌️
Hi there. Have you tried the Ground Control HD 60mm frames? I am a medium level skater and I am interested in the GC 60mm or maybe the Oysi Medium Chassis but I don't know which is better. I usually skate in skate parks (Bowl, Rail, Copping). I would really appreciate to know your opinion. Thanks in advance.
I have not skated those yet but I skated aluminum Sola frames for a long time. If you are medium level I would probably stick to the oysi medium chassis with the biggest wheel setup you can make fit. Aluminum frames feel incredible but if you skate any concrete ledges they can slide slower. I think that the oysi frame are just better and more versatile frames. I hope that helps. Good luck!
@@Rugerrounds Thank you very much for your kind and prompt reply. A coach that I know gave me a similar opinion, my remaining concern is about tight turns. Sometimes I tend to lean too far and slip on the soul plate (SEBA CJ or USD VII). Do you think the thickness of the Oysi frames is too much of a problem? Thanks again and greetings from Mexico.
@@uliseshgr those skates do have large soul plates so I would use big wheels on the oysi frames. I don’t think you would slide out. Thanks for checking out the video! Hasta luego
i cant wait till mine come!!!! i ordered some black mediums last night. i hvent found one negative review! thanks for the content brother!!!

Awersome! Thank you for the compliments! Keep shredding!
Great review! Couldn't agree more, it's an awesome frame that I've just rediscovered today after skating solas and ftl3s for a while.
Thank you!
Nice review Pandy, look forward to another one in 2023 🤣
Scott Kelley 😂😂😂 the oysi extra smal
Your reviews are awesome. Thank you very much!
Swiss blader thank you! I guess I will do more in the future.
Hey great video! Do you still make videos and/ or skate these Razors SLs? I have been looking at the Razors SL a lot lately and also have the Oysi mediums. I was thinking of pairing them! Thanks.
I’m currently skating SLs with ground control flt 4. I swap between those and the oysi.

How did you fit your inner wheels
Great review!! Thanks😁
mbs0222 thank you!
Thanks for the review! What are your thoughts on the Oysi med vs Sola? Particularly the royale angle
Bourgeois Cyborg I was skating the newer h block on the Sola’s. It felt a little bit more drastic on them mainly because of the stiffness of the aluminum frame. The new oysi h block groove is shaped differently now and feels very gradual on the SL
Bourgeois Cyborg also I will say the Sola is my second favorite setup
Any feedback on the Kaltik V.2 Frame? I would love to see reviews on all your frames!

How did you install the inner wheels, I'm not able to install them without damaging the spacers
Are the spacers already set in place in the frames? Are they completely pushed in?
@@Rugerrounds yes
@@Rugerrounds on my previous pair of oysi frames, I had to smash the inner wheels in which damaged the spacers

how are the 9-8 shells for fit I am a 273mm i fit the Shift 8-9 shell i was wondering if the fit is similar?
Sorry I’m a little confused on the question. The shift does fit more narrow that the razor SL
@@Rugerrounds ok i was just wondering if the SLs were tighter fitting thanks

@@Rugerrounds I had the same problem with the inner wheels and had to resort to tapping them in with a hammer...
Kaltik stealth savosin ilia is the latest frame I've found to be super tight, which is funny cuz on the kaltik flat V2 I found the opposite bit loose and sloppy.
Will these require any modifications on a valo boot?
You might need to slightly dremel the toe and heel
i know they make two sizes in the Mediums so do i just get the bigger one for large 908? size 12
Sorry I’m just seeing this. Definitely go with the larger size.
@@Rugerrounds yeah I got the larger mediums. I love em!
nice review, give you a Abo :)
What is your foot size in cm and what size reigns did you get ?
Andrew Cabezudo my foot measures 26.5 on my left foot and 26 on my right foot. These are size 10.5 US
