This video was without a doubt one of the best wildlife videos I’ve seen this year, and probably in a long time before that too. The editing and pacing were top notch, if ever we needed a reminder why you guys are on top, this is it. I can’t wait to see the movie, I adore the concept and the footage looks unbelievable already. Definitely getting me hyped to be in the Galápagos in a few weeks!
That's not risking much ... just ... hedonism for people entirely disconnected from the world of survivalists, neotribals and neonationalists, but eh, not like most of you dont live in a neoliberal hellhole hive city anyway.
Whoa, who woulda thought that Godzilla's actual real life power is snot rockets?!? Congrats on production of 'Reef to Ridge' too! Looking forward to seeing it Brave Wilderness team!
The divers were well deserving of a good case of beer for all that work. 🤗🤗And being tossed around in that current was a real pain in the rush too. 😐 They did a good job of it .
I absolutely love this lizard. If this was allowed to be a pet, which I would always doubt, it would be awesome. I've been a fan of Godzilla for 5 years already. Appreciate you and your crew letting us get a view of them 👍
This is truly one of the most astonishing wildlife videos I have ever seen! Thanks for all of your effort making this video to make us getting closer to our beautiful planet:)
I have had the pleasure of going in the galapagos in my life and my god, i wish i can go back just to experience it again. I do have family that lives on the islands and just to say, words cannot describe what its like to be there. I never knew how such differences in nature in such small islands could exist and i still cant fathom it to this day
Amazing footage. A big thank you to all the divers involved for risking their wellbeing to get us the wonderful underwater scenes! The Iguana is stunning and so beautiful. Cannot wait for the movie!
I remember I used to watch David Attenborough's documentaries on reptiles as a kid. Was always fascinated when they covered the Galapagos islands and Komodo. Looking forward to see your movie these amazing places.
omg the tidal surges look so terrifying, you can imagine what the ancient greeks thought Charybdis was due to the crazy suction forces there were in the Ocean
This truly is of amazing quality--both the filming and narration! I appreciate the effort and detail here, as someone who has visited the Galapagos once before.

Great video! I have an idea for another video, It'll be cool to see you, coyote, and family go on a trip together, like a waterpark or something. ❤ That'll be fun to watch, or a zoo? Anyway love ya guys!!
Being from Ecuador I am really looking forward to this movie, thanks for the content and the shoutout to the Galapagos National Park! It's really awesome
You had the perfect chance to use the Godzilla theme. Also just remember, there are more than just the new American Godzilla who does look almost identical to this iguana, like, weirdly identical, even their colors look a lot like Godzilla's there are a few more that look like older Godzillas, like the Komodo Dragon, which to me looks like the Godzilla from 1989-1995 during the heisei series.
Just don't subject it to any radiation in case you were carrying some such equipment around, we know what happens then if you watched the Godzilla movie from 1998! Awesome episode though!
This is the one of the best videos of brave wilderness I’ve seen! The braveness of him is crazy. I could never do that!❤ Keep up the good videos and I respect that you do these crazy adventures for us thank you!❤❤❤
I remember learning about these iguanas on Octonauts, which I thought was a cute cartoon. This video was so cool because you feel like you are right there, minus fighting the current. I had forgotten how they get rid of the salt lol. A movie sounds so cool and I am anxious to see it when it comes out. Thank you for all you do for wildlife. 🫶🏼 You guys are awesome and I just love this channel. 😄💙🐬🐊🐍
That thing is huge and I have been a fan of you for like 2 years now I love you videos keep them up and this was the best Brave Wilderness videos ever @Brave Wilderness ❤❤
I did the exact same thing at Fernandina. Snorkeling, not scuba, but it was an amazing experience. Marine iguanas, sea lions, even galapagos penguins. It's not this dramatically dangerous experience like that make it out to be but the current is quite strong. Galapagos is one of the most amazing underwater experiences on the planet.
Thank you divers for taking the risk to make this video possible. People out there need to be educated on iguanas. These creatures are precious, and everything possible must be done to insure the population of the species. That was one wild ride of a current there. I'm a diver too, and dove w. the black marine iguanas on St. Thomas V.I. @ Lime Tree Beach. Very interesting dinosaur looking iguanas. I was completely ignored while they were busy chomping down grazing on the rocks. They could care less the fact that I was there. When they came out , I sat on the rocks catching my great and one actually came up to me. He didn't talk much, I did all the talking, but he was inquisitive. He let me pet his head and face and even stroke his back ! I was delighted !😃😃 He had a square (ish) head and was quite ugly, but I'm an animal lover, I love every species of animal. They look physically different from the green land iguanas, which I fed every Thursday when my ship pulled into port. (I worked onboard Carnival Cruise Lines).. The land iguanas seemed to know me by facial recognition somehow, they knew I was bringing them treats , (cereal from the ship). One iguana got his head stuck in a cereal box 😂😂😂 , when I took it off he gave me a dirty look 😂😂 . We talked, I explained, "don't stick your head in the box"..😂 The tourists overheard me talking to that iguana, and I got the " strange" look. ..Anyway, I love the creatures of the sea and land. I thought of it as communing w/ little dinosaurs 😍😍😍😍😍. They are precious, intelligent deserve respect and kindness. It costs nothing to be kind to animals, nothing. SO, B kind to them, they are worth your time and effort, they give back much happiness.🤗
Are you going to do more Galapagos content? I feel like there are many interesting species that can be filled their, such as WILD Galapagos tortoises. (I know that BFT video already featured one, but still.)
Actually, Tristar used the Marine Iguana as a big chunk of inspiration for the 1998 Godzilla, which Tohoscope would later rename to Zilla to differentiate it from the one true Godzilla.
Gorilla the marine iguana. Marine iguanas come onto land every long while so can you imagine what gorilla was thinking? Marine iguana: that's enough food for today I'm heading on land for air phew... *goes on land* is that a bomb?

6:39 LOOK AT THIS ITS LITERALLY GODZILLA OMG!!!
Yes yes yes yes
Fun fact: the kaiju 'Zilla' in the 1998 Godzilla remake is a mutated marine iguana.
Yep my favorite version of godzilla
We don’t talk about Zilla
@@SomeRandomCat205-xm5wwbro shut up already
@@SomeRandomCat205-xm5wwGood design but not a true godzilla 😂

The definition of a bucket list adventure. Great job Mark and crew!

Congrats on production of 'Reef to Ridge' too! Looking forward to seeing it Brave Wilderness team!

The Godzilla he’s referring to is actually Zilla, from the 1998 film.
