Lake Cachuma Recreational Area Aerial

Lake Cachuma is a fun place to camp. Be careful because it can get really hot and you aren't allowed to go into the lake next to it but it is spacious quiet and a blessing to get outside and enjoy some camping.
They do have a loop that has full hook ups but not where we were staying. Be careful of rattlesnakes as we had two in the area that had to be removed in May 2022.
