Gooey Speedart - Kirby's Dream Land 3 - Project Dream

- The Goo boi is here to kick off Wave 1 of the Dream Friends! :D
I'm not gonna lie, coming up with a composition for this piece was actually quite hard. I just wasn't really able to come up with something I was happy with, until I did this one ^^ I honestly think this is a much better piece and a true successor to the old Zero speedart I have on this channel. So yeah I'm really happy with this piece, and also the video! Gooey and Dark Matter using their attacks to the beat of the music was something I really wanted to do and it came out really satisfying. And the intro! I'm so happy with how that turned out, I mean come on how could I not pay homage to the classic Dreamland 3 intro? :D
Oh, and a new logo for Project Dream has been made! And it's animated too :O I did that because my Terraria Legends logo has a little animation to it rather than just zooming onto the screen, so I thought it was finally time to remake the logo. It was pretty old anyway, being in use for over 2 years now. :P
- Project Dream Lore Ahead -
After Kirby had been told by Flamberge what had happened to Jambandra, the gang were lost in thought wondering what their next move would be. Until the sound of a ringing cell phone interrupted their thoughts. Kirby answered his phone and heard Magolor on the other end. Magolor and Susie wanted to help Kirby and the gang hunt down and eliminate the Alternate enemies, so the two banded together and were searching the galaxy in the Lor Starcutter. This call was more of an SOS however... Magolor and Susie were in the midst of a battle with an Alternate Necrodeus when a dark, ominous cloud whizzed by, heading straight for Pop Star.
Hearing this, Kirby quickly devises a plan. The gang continue searching for Jamba Hearts on Star Lavadom while Kirby returns to Pop Star to deal with the threat. Kirby arrives on Pop Star, preparing to face the expanding darkness when suddenly, an old friend sees Kirby and rushes to his aid. Great timing! And so, Kirby and Gooey once again, prepare to dive into the Hyper Zone once more, and hopefully for the final time...
There's today's dose of lore :D I'll leave you all with one final thought I had, which was that I'm thinking of not doing anymore videos in between the Project Dream pieces (examples being the King D-Mind video, Dark Matter Trio, etc. (but don't worry these videos won't be removed)) unless I actually feel like doing one. It didn't make sense for me to make artwork that wasn't technically a part of the project but still was a part of the storyline, especially since coming up with ideas for some pieces have been difficult. I'll do more when they're relevant and actually are a part of the project since I have ideas for the future, but I'd say for this wave I won't do them. Besides, I feel like I only did those videos to procrastinate doing the main ones, and you all know usually how slow I am at making these videos. So yeah. Idk, I'll think about it some more but I'd say that would be the plan going forward. And of course, Terraria Legends doesn't count as one of those videos, next video I'll be doing in fact is the next Terraria one :P Anyway, yeah, see you all next time ^^

The little animation during the speedpaint part was so cool, I usually just skip to the end in theses kind of things, but here I stayed all the way
