The Street Only For Millionaire's

Cremorne Street is Located in Hearn Bay in Auckland New Zealand. At the time of this video, it is currently New Zealand's topmost expensive street for property values. With 15 houses in the street and a median value of $6.58 million, it is easy to see why it takes the top spot. All houses on the street have values above 4.6 million. One house reached $35.5 million while another reached just under $32.1 million. This is simply eye-watering.

What is funny is during any working week day, the streets of Herne Bay, Remuera, Mission Bay, St Heliers, Parnell, and Epsom are full of utes and vans - lots of tradies busy working on renovations and maintenance - it's an entire economic ecosystem in itself.

But it is interesting that the people in Auckland's wealthier suburbs require so much help to clean their houses, mow their lawns, do simple maintenance repairs, and keep the gardens looking beautiful. I guess it's good for the tradies - they're not cheap to hire.

Riddell road used to be the most expensive st,talking about $10 Million plus houses, including my old bosses.

The biggest and most expensive houses are not visible from the street. The wealthy in Auckland tend to like their homes down long driveways.
