That’s the exact story of my older sister . She left med school to become an entrepreneur and I thank that was the best decision she ever made in her life. She chose herself for once and stop living her life to please our parents. I think that was my proudest moment of hers. She’s an excellent Leader now 😊.
How?
Good for her, less stress and she can make more money on her own terms.... while keeping her peace of mind.
Living the dream..
I've been following Adanna since she was in Med school and before she became pregnant, and she has inspired me so much. This interview came as a timely reminder to not settle for what's set out for you. We are capable of so much more! Love love love Adanna and David and the babies.
Adanna you inspires me alot to be hard working.
Omgggg! Adanna is a key gem to what content is today! She and David did the damn thing of pushing out afrobeats and displaying their family life in which Id enjoyed. Her willingness to route motherhood, a business woman and content creator has been truly dope! I applaud her in every aspect of life that she has and have shared with us. I give your virtual flowers of what you have done and going to do! As a true igbo babes, you have did this one! Thanks babe
Dr Adana your transition from a doctor to a successful entrepreneur is truly inspiring. Your ability to apply your skills, adapt, and excel in a new field showcases your versatility and determination. You're making a positive impact on both healthcare and business communities, and Dr Jude thank you for your interview with Dr Adiana.
Thank your Dr. Jude for sharing this beautifully crafted and thoughtful interview 🙏🏽 Dr. Adanna has so much value to impart!! Was engaged from start to finish.
Our pleasure! Thanks for watching..
Adanna is one lady I admire and she inspires me greatly... Her goals , values etc .
I had been wanting to know what happened to her journey in medicine!!! I’ve been following her since the beginning of her journey. Thank you for sharing this!
I’m really fixated about medicine and love anything that had to do with it .Seeing this is really inspiring to me .Many thanks Dr Jude for having Dr Adanna ❤
You are so welcome! Good Luck!
I love how genuine and relaxed the conversation was. Doesn't look scripted! My best part was where she said she has a village after being asked how she juggles everything with motherhood. That hit really hard and I'm going to talk about that in my UA-cam channel. Thank you for sharing!
Adanna you are amazing, a genuine pioneer. I saw the video when you announced medicine going abroad but wow i couldn't imagine this level of success you are truly blessed and moreso you're an example that our dreams aren't ever impossible, you go girl relish the thoughts and savor the moments.
Love this, truly inspiring stuff
I have been following her for years since she had her first child and she is so impressive; beautiful family. I admire her moxie and her self determination with her cute little self. She recently came to my hometown, Detroit and I wish I could have met her. Please let her know I send her prays and much respect!
Honestly thankful for this!! Whilst I get through the crisis of self discovery! and neurosurgery is cancelled!!
I love Adanna's Confidence. Major goals!!!
I thoroughlyyyy enjoyed this video! Thanks Dr Jude!
Flaming heck, this truly is a very talented lady to be able to leave the medical profession after all that hard studying and go on to be a success in something completely different. Not forgetting she got pregnant during this. I can't even imagine how her parents must have felt when she first told them. Those Nigerian parents don't muck about when it comes to their children's education., so I'm glad I wasn't her heart when she told them, I would have been beating so fast, I would have stopped a few times mate but would have loved to be a fly on the wall though, ha hahaha.
Its always nice to hear a successful story because so many folk get it wrong and end up leaving a good career that they later can't get back into for many reasons and end up in a downward spiral.
'Strategically positioning yourself' nice one mate, love it. I'm gonna be doing that the next time I visit Wetherspoons.
Dr Jude, have a blessed week and give the wife and kids a treat too.
Loved this, shower inspiring!💪🏿
Loved it! Thank you good sharing this.
Amazing inteview! Loved how the focus was fully on Adanna. Well done both.

I agree with anything that makes you and your family happy. You Go Girl….
It’s the ‘Tayo aina’ in the building for me… love to see it 🤩🤩
Spot on sis ❤ praise God 🙌, so proud of you. Adanna are you not looking for a Healthcare PA 😉😉 ❤ much love sis
Well, well, Dr. Jude...what have we here? A budding host. Just let me know when BBC will be utilizing your services to interview some notables. Thanks for this interview with Adanna. She's such a joy, full of life and purpose like Dr. Jude! Love this format. Keep them coming with interesting, purposeful persons.
Perhaps very broad and unfair
But she has a happiness in her eyes that I don't see from NHS consultants, a thirst for life.
As a tired junior doctor I am very lost. Love medicine, hate regrets.
I was just discussing this with a family member, to me she'd been looking a bit unhappy/ dissatisfied, I couldn't put a finger on it. Glad she has found her redemption
Love her💕💐 !!
Good on you Dr Adanna, Good to jump out of the medical factory

She's vibrant. I love her energy and vibe. This was great, Dr. Jude.
Really??our sweet doctor
And her Beautiful Family 💖‼️
I wish to leave nursing one day soon
Same here
@@chrysterfung5983 I hear you
Same here...
Same!!! I’m over it… love working with patients, absolutely Hate the environment, the bold racism in healthcare especially with management. The list goes on…they say once a Nurse, always a Nurse. BUT I no longer desire to work in healthcare. I rather work a 16 hour day into my own business, than 8-12 hours for a company.
@@nickysunshine8734 I feel you and that is exactly what I feel, I drag my feet each and every day going to work, I am just so unhappy in this profession of no appreciation and people always expecting you to make mistakes and lose your pin, also the pressure is way too much for my liking I’m tired.
Was quite refreshing. Welldone, guys! 🎉😊
Hello Dr. Jude, do you have an email that I can reach out to you with? I am an African American pre-medical student with a couple of questions (if you have the time). Thanks so much!
This sista is too fine o, sorry!
Please not every black woman wants to have a chat with Opara . Nope . This woman has become something else.
Typical Ghanaian jealousy 😏
@@joylm9108 What has this got to do with the country where u r from ? I don't even know this woman so why would I be jealous of her ? I watched her videos longtime ago and thought she has changed for whatever fits her and her family. She threw me off when she mentioned every black woman wants to talk to Oprah and also her with Bill Gates .Am a very well informed person and I watch people and know what's going on .Please am an African woman and will never be jealous of any African woman out there making it if this is what y'all consider being jealous of .I watched this interview and saw more than what y'all saw and am gonna leave it at that .She is a young mother making it work for her and her family soo what will I be jealous of.Abegooo don't bring this Ghanaian, Nigerian bs into this . Why do people always start with this Nigerian, Ghanaian bs. Aa!! aa! .I am an Ashanti, Yoruba , igbo, ewe ,ga ,Fulani,Hausa ,dagomba ,wolof, madinka ,koisa, and so on .Every African tribe is me . Never will I ever be jealous of my African people .Haaaaaaa!!!
Adana u Totally loss Me when u said Oprah was the one u wanted to most connect with to pick her brain on how she became successful as a Black woman…I don’t know if you watch global news and she what has recently happened in Maui Hawaii‼️
Oprah & the Happening in Hawaii?
Well many dontnknow..I used to.admire her back in the days but my eyes are opened to.not.admire no one ..but our Almighty God and his son.
No one is perfect. She has every right to admire Oprah’s strengths.
She tires her sense of self to her degree. I'm a Dr. Adanna ..... Why not I am Adanna ...
....because medical school is not easyyyy 😅 it takes blood, sweat and tears, like literally.
What's wrong with people using their titles?
She’s a qualified doctor and she is entitled to be addressed as one or address herself as one
.. because that’s her title , like, Mr, Miss, Mrs etc..she’s entitled to be proudly use it.. she worked for it. Nothing wrong with her using it even if it’s to boost her identity!
When people will not let you be, allow yourself to be...remember that!
