I saw Jayne Mansfield once when I was a kid, 60 years ago. She stopped (in a limo) for a Tommy's hamburger - famous here in L.A. Her driver ordered the burgers and brought them to the limo. She got out and waved to the crowd (we went wild!) and then motioned she was hungry. She got back in the limo, rolled the window down and waved to the crowd as the limo drove off. I was about 10 years old and completely star struck.
You are so lucky! @EagleRockers I own her hat I had to literally beg the seller to sell me it and I’ve had it since 2018, I offered and got a message back via Mariska hargitay from a Jayne Mansfield account to give her the hat as I had offered but then it disappeared. Now I want a burger!
@@matthewdeckerofficial I remember it to this day. My mom was with me and some neighborhood friends. Jayne was very much the movie star and she looked fabulous!

I enjoyed this episode. You treated her with love and respect..as you always do in your vlogs..you were very informative and a joy to watch. Blessing to you and Jah
Great narration and solid facts Jordan, especially that Jayne was not decapitated. Her wig and her scalp were both removed by the frontal impact. Her scalp was severely pulled away and tangled into the other crash debris. She was sitting in middle of the front bench seat, the worse place to be. Her kids were asleep behind her, laying down flat on the back seat. They were injured and had some broken bones, cuts, scrapes etc. They were hospitalized, but did recover. Mickey came for them right away, and then took them back home to heal. Still sad.
Thanks Jordan for sharing Jayne Mnsfield's story with us and yes she does have a beautiful headstone and the cemetery looks so peaceful. Your Phillies hat look awesome on you and your sunglasses rock, by the way we did see our loveable pup taking his beauty nap.
