ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.

Watching Someone Focus on a task
Personal Attention - like a hair cut
Any type of Role Play the best ones are ones that involve personal attention to you, examinations, face brushing ect
Watching someone draw or paint
Sounds : Crinkle, Tapping, Scratching & multi layering of different sounds together
Almost anything can be a "trigger' for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours.
As with all my video, my intentions is always to provide you a little home away from home, where you can kick back relax and always find a new and unique experience as i guide you with sights & sound to a relaxing location where my objective is to let you feel gentle waves of relaxation & ASMR until you close your eye to fall into a peaceful sleep.

Thanks everything you do Dimitri. You probably help for more people than you'll ever imagine, including myself. You work very hard to please your subscribers, and we can all see the passion you have for helping people relax.
Another great thing about you is you are constantly trying to please your audience. I remember giving you feedback a few months ago saying that the darker videos help me relax better because the brighter colors make me less relaxed. Since then, a lot of your videos had darker backgrounds. I'm sure it wasn't my comment alone that made you aware of how darker or brighter backgrounds effect relaxation, but it may have helped.

This is very relaxing but I hate when he walks right up to the very Edge and whispers he does not need to he can just whisper in the middle and keep it balanced and less annoying
