My Kia Sportage is a 2022. Everything on there as far as settings is pretty much the same. So I did this exactly about five times and it never worked. I guess I'll have to make sure they do it the next Oil Change

I can't do this. Is ignition on or off? Which menu is showing on the screen when I press OK? When I press the OK per your instructions, I just get a "return" to a higher menu.

Turn car on, but not the engine. Navigate to that screen. Press and hold ok. If you don't see hold ok, it may pop up. Then, tap and hold ok again.

There is no "ok" on my kia dashboard and this does not work...

Should be on your steering wheel. The page menu is there and the okay button. Not sure what model year yours is
