- GHOST PEPPERS, THAT IS GOING TO HURT! Today we take on the HOTTEST DUMPLING SOUP I have ever seen or tried! This is a spicy beef soup, but unlike many spicy beef noodle soups this one is made with dumplings or pierogies! For this spicy food challenge made with ghost peppers we had 10 minutes to eat the 1 million Scoville bowl of soup and then a 10 minute after burn period of no drinks. Today we are in Seattle Washington at Pinoyshki Bakery & Cafe (previously called PIROSHKIE on 3rd) which was featured on Guy Fieri Diners drive-ins and dives ( Food Network's Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives) for their famous dumpling soups! This bakery offered this Seattle food challenge and many baked goods and delicious items like cabbage rolls, filipino foods, desserts, and piroskie with flavors like chicken adobo, tender beef asado, spicy pork bicol, smoked salmon, and other items like HAM, BACON, EGGS, & CHEESE (but not for a breakfast challenge lol), and many more items! Can we defeat this hardest food challenge, or will the hottest food challenge with a dumpling soup beat us? Tune in as we attempt this undefeated food challenge!

Does anybody else here live vicariously through these food Challengers I love food and I am so jealous of these people who get to eat such a variety of foods from all over the world😊 I don't have a way or means to accomplish this level of bliss or pain depending on what you've eaten😊 and being a weed smoker this is borderline torture watching these videos😅

Thank yoi Joel for opening our eyes to good eats across the country. This place including others are definitely places to try. Although i wouldn't try the super spicy stuff, the cabbage rolls and salad is something i would definitely be ordering.

Here are some ways to stop the burning sensation from hot peppers in your mouth:
Dairy
The fat and oils in full-fat dairy products like milk, sour cream, or yogurt can dissolve the capsaicin that causes the burn. You can also try combining sugar with dairy, like in ice cream or flan.
Acids
The acidity of citrus juices like lemonade, limeade, or orange juice, as well as tomato-based foods and drinks, can help neutralize the capsaicin's activity.
Absorbing foods
Foods like rice and bread can soak up capsaicin molecules and reduce the burning sensation.
Oils
Peanut butter and honey contain oils that can help wash away capsaicin molecules.
Alcohol
Alcohol is a solvent that can help the spice go away faster.

The cabbage rolls on the bed of mashed potatoes looked so good! And the cake at the end was really impressive! A definite downside of Seattle is the traffic AND the fact that there aren't really any bathrooms available, ( I hope that soup doesn't hit you after the fact for that reason )

That thing is never 1.2 million, not with ghost peppers. Solo pepper is 1 mill...once you mix 7 of them with soop it goes down a lot. They keep inventing numbers.
