Hi Saba. When I faced hairfall, I started using Kerastase Fortifiant Hair Serum. I typically applied it everyday and when I started seeing results, I switched the application to every time I take a bath. They have more products like this, but I've this particular one and have had personal experience. For a natural remedy, I would suggest using one egg, fresh aloe vera, some almond oil, coconut oil and olive hair and apply it to your hair and leave for 2 hours then take a bath.
