Hello Bootcut, just some advice for you. Do not use metal spoon of any sort in non-stick pans because metal spoons damage non-stick pans. You can use wooden or fiber cooking spoons in nonstick pans.

I just by chance saw your video... nice... when you cook in a non-stick pan... never use a steel utensil..it will take out the coating n will mix it in the food which cause cancer... and of course we only care about the scratches in the Pan :)
