    Recently accidentally found you. Your vedio's are Amazing. I lost my mother after taking care of her for years. How does one just walk away alone from someone who has been with them for 62 years?

      My sympathies. I believe it is impossible to break souls, cause the love is energy, it cannot just simply disappear, I believe you are going to meet your mother soul when you past away too :(

    This band is standard equipment for wrestling, judo and sambo training in Russia. It actually goes in pair and with the belt on which you can attach the band for single leg, double leg, sprawl and footwork practice

    Thanks for the video! How can i find out about the right entry weight for the kettle? Is there a hint like ... able to do x times curls or smth with it then you are good to start with? because the final exercise seems pretty intense.

    Hey Josh I have tight skull crusher muscles, that make my lats tight too, and I don't know where it's coming from. I do foam roll to repair and restore my body, but I have some activity I am doing... You know what, just come over to my place and you can help me diagnos--WHO IS THIS OTHER LESS HANDSOME DUDE?!? No, I mean his tips are good. I like this.. but. Josh...? 💪🏽🦵🏽🤸🏽‍♂️ In motion...? That's 🤌🏽 why I watch.
