This music never gets old. Better with time for those who truly appreciate two great voices coming together and harmonizing in way never to be seen again, immitated maybe, but never the same.
As a young child of 8 or 10 my brother, Dad and I went to see Los Chachos live on concert. What a performance!! I'll never forget the embrace of Dad and Cha Cha greeting each other, then I was introduced to Cha Cha, what a thrill. Once the perfomance started, I heard a voice I'll never forget the man singing the 2nd song. Rest peacefully Cha Cha. Dad always speakes highly of you. P.S. we didn't pay to get INSIDE, , courtesy of LOS CHACHOS
I WOULD HAVE TO SECOND YOU GUY'S ON CHACHA ON LEADS ON THE FIRST SONG! IT'S THE ONE AND ONLY MANUEL"EL MACHO"SOLIS. KNOW THE SECOND TUNE IT IS CHACHA ON LEADS!
Left: Manuel Solís, right: is Juan Sifuentes. I had the chance to go to many dances with Conjunto Bernal in California: Paulino, Oskar, Cha Cha, Juan, Eloy, Manuel and Mando. I did know Joe Garcia.
Hey Kids! That's Joe Garcia in the middle, he was the drummer. Wow, Conjunto Bernal, a legendary class act. The music transcends time. FYI: Joe Garcia is cousin to two the "Los Lonely Boys".
Grew up with this great music in Corpus Christi. Still get great joy from these early days.

Truly Classic,Question on the second song is that Cha Cha Jiminez singing Lead?
I"ll ask my Father, Joe R. Garcia, Sr. To me it sounds like Cha Cha, it could be Carlos Guzman.
