As a guy who holds the pick with 3 fingers, this will be an interesting technique to attempt to incorporate. I wonder if EVH or Hetfield can hybrid pick, they’re also 3 finger pick holders lol
Now i wish my hand was nimble enough to do this but alas since breaking it playing drums many moons ago it has made my last 2 fingers somewhat useless. Middle finger n picking works though :) its a bloody incredible technique that sounds great and looks mega impressive :)
As Amazing as that was, picks originated from finger picks. Some classical guitarist grew long thick nails, others created finger picks, long before the singular pick was invented and everyone relaxed...until you came along. Another awesome solo you call an exercise.
What up Hallzworth! That's sick as fuk... as usual happy shredding 🤪 I would of signed up for the school you run but I'm @ like little disfunctionsl lol
The thing is this technique allows you to switch between fast alternate picking and picking strings that are far apart, for example you have to pick the high e string right after the A string

you don't need a pick?
You haven't watched the video?
@@MrLBPug As in: he doesn't even need the pick at all... He can throw the pick away and just fingerpick

@@pffu100 Yeah, the pick makes you ready for some standard picking, true. Thanks!
@@pffu100 Standard picking is boring by now though... :D
