How to Make Easy Afghani Chicken at Home | Chicken Afghani | Tasty Easy Afghani Chicken | Ep: 1001

Authentic Dishes with my personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Chicken -1 kg
First Marination
Pepper Powder -1/2tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste -2tbsp
Green Chilli Paste -1tsp
Salt -1/2tbsp
Lemon Juice -2tbsp
Oil -2tbsp
Second Marination
Curd -4tbsp
Cashew Paste -2tbsp
Cream -3tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste -1tbsp
Green chilli paste -11/2 tbsp
Salt -1/2tsp
Cardamom Powder -1/4tsp
Cumin Powder -1/4tsp
Pepper Powder -1/4tsp
Oil -2tbsp
Cheese -1tbsp
Method
Cut the chicken into big pieces. Masala gets into the chicken if it is small pieces. Make slits on the chicken pieces. Keep the chicken aside to drain off the water.
Marination 1:
Take a bowl add pepper, 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1tsp green chilli, salt , 2 tbsp lime juice/vinegar, 2tbsp sunflower oil. Taste the mix. Marinate the chicken after closing it tightly and keep it in the fridge for 30 mins.
Marination 2:
Take 4 tbsp of hung curd , Cashew paste,3 tbsp fresh cream, 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 1/2 tbsp of green chilli paste. Mix well. Then add salt, cardamon powder, cumin powder. Mix well. Add pepper and mozzarella cheese. Mix. Add 2 tbsp sunflower oil. ¼ tsp sugar. Then marinate the chicken for 12 hrs/overnight in the fridge.
Now add it to the cooker add some water and cook it for 2 Cook it for whistles on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp butter and cook for 5 mins. Remove the chicken pieces . Then reduce the gravy till it thickens.
Grill the chicken pieces. Brush the sauce on the chicken pieces if required. Then serve it with the sauce.

I wld hv never fathomed these things wld come after an intense double marination..a pressure cooking..a salavge n grilling separately...and the final bracing n lacing with the residual sauce it got cooked in ?!
