No I had the same. Trying to let my grays grow out. You will have to bleach all your hair.till it’s a level 8-9. Almost blonde. Then use the t18 toner.

When I was in Cosmetologist School I wanted red hair so I bleached my dark brown hair with the Wella bleach using a 40 developer on my natural hair and sat under the hair dryer until desire shades. My hair was as white as snow. Now I'm wear my locks going to use the same product . Will have the T18 just incase. I myself some Wella Color Charm.

No , you need to bleach your hair to a level 9/10 ( yellow banana) then put on the toner .

Because it's brassy/yellow from being bleached. It's not quite a "golden" shade. Bleach make your hair turn yellow and then the toner is to counteract the yellow.
