I remember this very well. Biggest Grammy snub ever. U2 were in the same category at one point, and they were all backstage the moment the award was being announced. U2 were comforting her because she had lost in all the categories so far, but when they were announced as the winners they left her to collect the Grammy, leaving Ms Arie in floods of tears 😢 I felt really bad for her that day.
