I became a fan of George Perez with the Teen Titans # 1, back in 1980 when I was 19 years old! I was obsessed by his clean art and action poses artwork that reminded me like if Curt Swan and Neal Adams had a 'kid'!
My favorite part of Marvel's Epic collections has been discovering George's work in the Avengers. It's so busy with activity and the humor really comes across while still maintaining just enough realism to make darker tone shifts feel organic.
