I wish I could do this...but in my region almost nobody knows the dsmp because we all speak French... :( And it's one thing to find a dsmp fan as a friend but it's another to find one that cosplays! So this is my biggest dream for now! It's all I ask for...

My tip is to just go for it !!! I struggled with the exact same thing but I realized that caring so much about what others think isn’t gonna make me happy so you should just do what You enjoy without thinking to much about it :)
I want to start cosplaying as well, but I’m anxious as well..
I have a tip I have cosplayed a bit but just be yourself or that character if you want and if people hate it just ignore it and don't think about think of it as youre just in your normal clothes hope that helps :)

I managed to make a whole tubbo cosplay in animal crossing and I’m so proud because I’m terrible at cosplay irl and don’t have the bit social anxiety to go round wearing it
I know I’m like a month late but the techno blade, philza, eret, Karl and ranboo cosplay are SO COOL!! Even the dream team’s are creative instead of like a green hoodie and a mask I really love all of them. The jack manifold cosplays are bond to be amazing and the tubbo cosplay is ALWAYS gonna amaze me. (same with the punz. Those are always cool)
But I was going to say I really want to try cosplaying. But one, I don’t think my parents would let me buy that much cool stuff for my cosplay (I can always find another way but it’s still an obstacle) and two I’m not good at making friends so I’d just be alone and that’s a turn off for me.
And lastly, it’s kinda sad but I’ve never seen any black cosplayers that I would enjoy watching or want to dress up as and I think I might mess up my cosplay because I would never see myself in these with how I look.
People have already told me to be myself and to ignore what everyone says but I don’t think I can ignore things I already hate about myself. But anyways enough about me.

reminds me of the time I went cosplaying as my character and i did a meet up with my friends (who also are dreamsmp fans) and we went to a park and did the canon lore and made my character also have a canon lore (my platonic husband Dressed as Wilbur and took me as his wife and I became the mother of fundy and they both joked saying “sally doesn’t exist” and lots of chaos that day)(also I hope u had fun during that meet up!)

Me and my friends cosplay dream team, I’m George and we have great cosplays for 11-13 year olds, we’re planning to do bench trio and other trio cosplays soon, and my friends parents said they could be mumza and philza, so I’ll be wilbur and my two other friends will be techno and Tommy, we’ve cosplayed with another friend before, so it was Tommy, dream, George and Sapnap, my other friend was gonna come as wilbur but they’re parents didn’t let them go sadly, but non the less we have fun, we go to malls, walk to 7-11 hang out in our neighborhood or go to a lot of cafes or parks, it’s a lot of fun. But we sadly haven’t been able to cosplay for AWHILE because of school, we’re all in middle school so we have a lot of work, me as a 7th grader gets a-lot of work so lately it’s been hard to cosplay 😅
Also forgot to say, everyone there had amazing cosplay and I love your Tubbo cosplay :)

ok but like, aside from that, the cosplays were AMAZING! i've always wanted to do detailed cosplays but i cant buy the materials and im stuck with normal clothing to work with. i really want to have Tommy and Ghostbur cosplays, because i think they'd look really good, but they cant when you dont have the ability to buy things, so i aspire to be like everybody in this video! maybe even go to a cosplay-con or just a meet-up. cant wait until im older.

Doesnt matter how old you are! Cosplaying is for any age as long as you dont do 'sexy' stuff at a young age. Starting young is perfect so you have time to improve the cosplays you do. :D
