Thank you for all the reactions, they've all been a fun time! OMG, I have so many thoughts to bestow on you! There have been several theories flying around (some not that good), but one thing I think most people agree on is that Az believes Crowley's fall was a mistake. And that's not to say he disapproves of who/what Crowley is, but Crowley fell just for asking questions, and questioning God is enough to warrant punishment. But they hardly knew each other Before, so their relationship is mostly entirely on who they've been (or rather how Crowley has been) for 6000 years. They formed a growing friendship, despite who they are, how different they are, a Yin and Yang. Crowley accepts who he is and he wants Az to accept that too (besides, who wants to go crawling back to the people that kicked him out? Which isn't a nice experience btw, and probably comes with some trauma). Also, notice that Az's response at first to go back is no, until he heard the offer on Crowley. People also think he said yes so they'd be on one side and Heaven couldn't object to them behind together (Gabriel and Bee said they'd be hunted down because their love is seen as forbidden). What Az is doing isn't wrong, but he did say/do some wrong things, as did Crowley, and think both have some apologizing to do in s3 (a lot of people like to put huge amounts of blame on Az and I hate it!) Az wears his heart on his sleeve. He'd sacrificed himself and his happiness if it meant he could help people, and that's what he's doing. He's going to be miserable in s3 (both are), but he believes he's making the right choice . For the record, I firmly believe Az WILL make change, because what would be the point of all this? And I don't want a dynamic where Crowley's always right and Az just listens to what he says like he's second best, they ARE equals. Az is his own person, and Crowley said he could rely on Az, like Az relies on Crowley. A team. I don't know how you interact with fandoms, if much at all, but if you're interested, if I may, go look up Sendarya's channel if you like deep analysis and theory stuff all Good Omens. They are REALLY good videos. If not, that's okay, just wanted to throw that out there (NOTE: some of her videos do however mention s3's ending, which is something Neil and Terry already had planned had they written the book, so... sort of spoilers(?), but also it's public knowledge if you're in the fandom). Now we wait for at least 2 years until s3 (early 2026 is what Neil wants/hopes for, so I'm hoping so too).
Firstly so glad you’ve enjoyed and I am loving know it is called the final 15 it is so much fun. I loved all your commend and completely agree. I love how even though some are taking sides everyone kinda understands the whole lack of communication thing. And maybe I’ll have to give those deep dives a look up. Thanks for all your comments knowledge and insights 😊
I think that there's something about Crowley's fall and we will see it in S3. Aziraphale remembers him before and my guess is they had at least a close bond, he said he wanted it to be like those days. So something happened, and I feel like Crowley's memory was wiped or something, but equally he remembers the passwords, the angels do what he says in this episode. So it is confusing. I don't think they would have been in trouble for being together before the fall, but maybe Crowley was hanging out with the wrong crowd and Aziraphale didn't agree with them or something, IDK.. I feel it will either be a flashback or Aziraphale will get to watch the trial..
I can't wait for S3! They start to film in January. Maybe will we see The Fall? P.S.: some people think Aziraphale was coerced because both would be erased from the Book of Life. Or coerced from a miracle in the coffee.
Yeeeaahh hahahh~! It's time for you to be depressed with USsss~ The collective fandom definitely cried during that last scene, crying, sobbing, and kicking. The fandom denying that ever happened? More likely than you'd think. I loved it though, so good. I didn't really pick a side when I saw this, since both of them had their reasons, but I've always been team Aziraphale- so I will die there.
I love the way Aziraphale says "Maggie, what just happened?" He's so fatherly. It's fascinating to me how the angels just follow Crowley. And it's like they want his approval? So I do think he was probably an archangel before the fall. I think this series ended at a perfect point, it's intriguing. You can see Aziraphale is desperately trying to sell this idea to Crowley, and I think Crowley is surprised that he would even consider it. But Aziraphale isn't stupid, he knows that the Metatron hasn't really given a choice. No idea how this will be resolved! I think Aziraphale has a plan, his face journey in the lift suggests he has some thoughts.
Lol. I have been waiting for this reaction and of course I cried like I’ve done the 100s of other times I’ve watched this. Imagine going through all that pain and then having no idea if Amazon would pick it up for a final season or not. It was pure torture. Initially I was super angry with Aziraphale but then realized it was just a serious lack of communication. Aziraphale clearly loves Crowley and doesn’t think Crowley should have ever fell. He wants to make heaven good enough for Crowley and thinks they can fix everything wrong with the institution. Crowley took that as Aziraphale thinking he’s not good enough to be loved as he is. It’s all a mess. But after that kiss and seeing what he just lost, you can tell by the look on his face in that elevator he’s ready to F shit up in heaven. Sorry you feel betrayed but glad you stuck around. You were a joy to watch and can’t wait for season 3 reactions when it’s released in like 3 years. 😢
Yes I realised as well the lack of communication there was and I am hoping they will both work strong in s3 and conclude with a strong reunion for both of them. Scared but can’t wait. So glad you enjoyed 😊
The way I most looked forward for you to react to this episde cause THAT CLIFFHANGER. Also YES we need a SEASON 3 ASAP. Also in the meantime we have Young Royals season 3 in march so I guess waiting is okey
I am so much on the side that the Metatron threatened Aziraphale and/or Crowley with destruction unless Az went back to heaven with him. If you re-watch the final 15, it becomes obvious -- at least to me -- that Aziraphale is lying through his teeth. We never saw the actual conversation with the Metatron; only the "parts" that Az made up to tell Crowley, and us. His pained expression, his glances out the window, the "time out" he made with his hands pointing outside, his almost manic delivery. What I can't figure out is if Az thought that he could really bring Crowley back to heaven with him or not; or if he said those awful things to hurt Crowley to get him to run away, away from Metatron, in order to try and keep him safe. Oh gawd, it will take a long time to Season 3. I loved your reactions and every one of your videos for this series. Thank you for letting me watch it again through your eyes.
No, I wouldn't take sides; I don't think either of them is really in the wrong (except for a lot of the things they didn't communicate to each other this season, but that's both of them), and they really love each other. It'll just take a bit for them to get back together.
Sadly I already knew about the kiss, but I didn't know about the ending. I kept waiting for one of them to change their mind and run to the other at the end. When the credits started with the split-screen, I was crying 😭

The second coming is the second coming of Jesus. Basically the end of the world but in the bible its way way way worse than Armageddon with the Antichrist we saw in season 1
Well, you've officially entered the fandom of pain and heartbreak and frustration. You've been blooded. And now the wait for season 3 slowly begins. I've really enjoyed watching this with you Ethan. I look forward to what we watch next! The second coming is when Jesus Christ returns
Love the shirt! Welcome to the place we all discorporated lol. One of us, one of us! Lol. We're all still reeling months later. You're really onto it when calling how things might happen, I've noticed. I know you must be a busy person with many fandoms and shows to make content for, but if you fancy it, you'd be great to join the fb group discussions. There's gobs of gorgeous fanart and fanfictions to be enjoyed, too, if you need a little more to soothe your soul, or rile it up more lol.
Both of them said they wanted to be together, it's good that's out in the open now. But I think you're right about Azriaphale still being too brianwashed. He needs to grow on his own. Crowley has been thru the enlightenment already which is why I think he said he knew a lot better than Aziraphale did what he was being offered. Crowley was always questioning, as Metatron pointed out, and Aziraphale still appears to be unquestioning. But neither of them wanted to break up, that part was clear. You saw how Metatron gave Crowley that menacing glare? Since Heaven now knows Aziraphale and Crowley are super powerful doing miracles together, and they also helped stop Armageddon, perhaps Heaven is trying to separate them so they can't stop the Second Coming? I also think Aziraphale may be walking into a trap. I mean, Heaven tried to put him in hellfire not long ago. And now they want to make him Supreme Archangel? Seems very suss.
One thing that stood out to me was when Aziraphale, without saying a word, asked Crowley if he could go chat to Metatron. They must have a tacit understanding because Crowley understood immediately and gave him the go ahead. An angel asking his demon husband if he could go talk to his own higher up angel boss lol. I was caught off guard that Metatron called it a De Facto Partnership out loud. Did you see the look on Aziraphale's face when he said that?
I like the thought that heaven wants to see them apart that is really interesting. Cause as I was saying with Gab and Belz they seemed like they’d be powerful together too. Enough to make heaven and hell uneasy
I just watched the second series before Christmas and I'm still in the coping stage. I was ugly crying after the kiss. And then I went and watched season 1 and 2 a second time just to torture myself and ugly cried again. I TRUSTED NEIL GAIMAN (I still do though, season 3 will be fine... It'll be fiiiiine.)
I'm a new subbie who found you through the S1 Good Omens reactions and I'm for sure sticking around! I suggested Klaus and was thrilled to see you react to it. 😊 I've also been watching lots of your other reactions and I have to say they are wonderful. I catch heat for this but I’m not backing down from what I believe. I think Aziraphale calling Crowley one of “the bad guys” was awful. He’s known Crowley for 6000 years. At what point in any of that time did Crowley ever give Azi the impression that he wanted to go back to Heaven? I’m so tired of the Azi apologizers justifying his completely obtuse and ridiculous reasoning for going back to Heaven. He wasn’t doing it for Crowley. He actually believes he can make a difference knowing full well that Heaven wants another Armageddon immediately. There’s no one in Heaven that’s on Azi’s side. They’ve already tried to destroy him with hellfire and they were going to wipe Gabriel’s memories for saying “nah” and Michael and the other angels were ready to destroy Aziraphale AGAIN for helping Gabriel. Azi is being a self righteous self centered knob. I don’t care if y’all want to come for me. I said what I said and I stand by every single word.
Your opinion is absolutely your opinion and valid. I would like to point out, though, that we as the audience are watching this through a very different lens than the characters themselves. We are able to see all the information that they don't have. So it's like watching a game show; it's much easier to play from the comfort of your living room than playing under hot lights and in front of an audience etc etc. WE know why Gabriel was fired, but Aziraphale never saw the trial. WE know Crowley's fury from trying to be executed as Aziraphale, but Aziraphale has heard Crowley make several bitter comments about not meaning to fall, being unforgivable, can see how unhappy he is so much of the time, and how happy he was as an angel. It's harder for him to take a step back and see why Crowley would reject Heaven bc he's too deep in it (kind of like Adam's aura). He's living the experience while we're watching as impartial observers. He wants to fix the system FOR Crowley, bc to him, Heaven represents (or is SUPPOSED to represent) everything Right and Good, and he believes Crowley is fundamentally Good. He believes Heaven made a mistake, and that he can correct it. In his eyes, he's trying to create an environment where they can be together without constantly looking over their shoulders. (Yes, his wording wasn't great, but no one's is when they're flustered. They call Heaven and Hell each other's "lot" all the time, this was just a poorly worded version of that) Remember, he flat out said he didn't want to go back until Metatron mentioned Crowley. Aziraphale doesn't actually give a shit about running Heaven except in the context of making things better and safer for them both. (And anyway, do we honestly think that if he'd refused, Heaven would have ever left them alone anyway?) The last thing I'll mention is that yes, they thwarted the apocalypse last season, but up until the bitter end, Aziraphale never really denounced Heaven the way Crowley has denounced Hell. He has always had faith in what the system is supposed to be, it's just that management has been severely corrupted ("you.... bad angels!"). Crowley assumes that they are on the same page in their beliefs about the (lack of) dichotomy of Heaven and Hell, and I think Aziraphale is getting there. But 4 years is a laughably short amount of time to undo the literal eternity of systemic brainwashing Aziraphale has endured from Heaven. The only reason he is even close to breaking free is because of his time on Earth with Crowley, but it's still unrealistic to believe there would be no backsliding into old beliefs/toxic environments. He is as much a victim of Heaven as Crowley, but in a very different way. Aziraphale has made a mistake as a result of this abuse and the limited information he's been presented with. He's doing the best he can with the cards he's been dealt, and so is Crowley. I think it would do everyone well to remember who the real enemy is in all of this, rather than playing right into Metatron's plan and turning against one victim or the other.
@@montanarose-sings I really enjoyed what you wrote and I agree quite a bit with some of the things you pointed out. I think my frustration with “the last 15” really has to do with Aziraphale calling Crowley one of the bad guys. I can’t explain it perfectly but that infuriated me. I honestly am so hyper fixated on this show that I think I’m actually going through the 5 stages of grief. I’m pretty sure I’m stuck in anger and can’t seem to shake it lol. I’m also a bit defensive because you can’t imagine the truly hateful things that Aziraphale stans have said to me when I lay out my reasonings. I absolutely appreciate you being thoughtful and kind in your response. If only other folks would take your cue. Lol I hope you know that I was just being defensive because I get attacked alot for my opinions. Aziraphale’s trauma is very real and frustrating. It’s going to take him being in Heaven to see just how toxic that environment really is. Plus I’m not completely sure that really is the Metatron. I have theories about him as well. I think we can probably both agree that season 3 can’t get here fast enough! Lol
@@kellifranklin9872 While I can't agree with most of what you said, I do agree that his wording of "you're the bad guys" was bad, as was the "I forgive you" for the kiss, although the kiss is a bit more dubious than flat out wrong, because while Aziraphale wanted it, it wasn't under good circumstances and not entirely consensual (I see people entirely brushing this off with "it was entirely consensual", and I disagree, but it wasn't entirely non-consensual either. I.e it was complicated and I get why Crowley did it but it's not how Az has imagined it and has sort of tainted their likely first kiss. Anyway, I digress, back to the "you're the bad guys". I get why Az said it, but it also came off a bit wrong. "You're", because yes, Crowley is still a demon, and by rights, is technically a "bad guy", but Az knows he's not, I think it's just bad wording on his part. "You're" also because Hell, as a whole, is bad. Crowley is just one exception, much like how Muriel will probably become properly good (they weren't always Good and I think people forget the that they were in the Job episode listing off all the things Job owns to be destroyed, but they seem sweet enough for proper growth to occur, which we'll likely see in s3 what with them living on Earth while Az is in Heaven). Basically, I agree with what montanarose-sings said.
I will say at least the bag guys comment did hurt. Especially after seeing Gab and Belz go off together it really seemed like it showed not all of them are ‘bad guys’
I was going to mention this actually, but I either forgot or decided against it. Subscribers of the channel who haven't watched it yet would have been spoiled. I know it's been 5 months now, but clearly, people are still working their way through the series, be it s1 or s2. It's not the first time it's happened tho with other reaction videos, and UA-cam in general. I'm just very careful when it comes to spoilers, I tag everything and even now I'm not retweeted spoilers from a game my friend hasn't played yet lol.
As othe rhave said "The Second Coming" is when Jesus returns... But, like, also all the humans dir and get sorted into heaven and hell, depending on what you believe.

Az wears his heart on his sleeve.
I love how you call the highest up angel (?) below God, the Voice of God, a 'heaven receptionist' LMAO
It’s just the vibes he gives 😂
31:37 : "Who's coming?)"
Well, I can tell you, it's NOT Crowley.
Damn this episode.
Yeeeaahh hahahh~! It's time for you to be depressed with USsss~
The collective fandom definitely cried during that last scene, crying, sobbing, and kicking.
I really do love where they ended. Just so many things unresolved and makes you want the third season so much. Good choice by them
All of this 🥺😭
Yes I realised as well the lack of communication there was and I am hoping they will both work strong in s3 and conclude with a strong reunion for both of them.
It is going to be so hard waiting till season 3 but yeah young royals I am absolutely so hyped.
@@ethanclarkreacts I have been having azeracrow whitdrawls. So I am just binge reading fanfics🤣😅
Oooh I love these idea, so glad you enjoyed
No, I wouldn't take sides; I don't think either of them is really in the wrong (except for a lot of the things they didn't communicate to each other this season, but that's both of them), and they really love each other. It'll just take a bit for them to get back together.
Yes I’m holding on to a reunion in s3
The fly is like a pet
*fly is Gabriel*
Yeah, the fly is absolutely a pet 😂
We have been absolutely taking sides! :D Welcome to the heartbreak!
Only shallow, immature people did.
You gasped at all the right moments
oh no
here we go...
Sadly I already knew about the kiss, but I didn't know about the ending. I kept waiting for one of them to change their mind and run to the other at the end. When the credits started with the split-screen, I was crying 😭
yea we were all miserable afterwards :/ & didnt know if season 3 was even happening, ugh!! it was like 4am when i finished & i threw my cup into the wall i was so mad!! loved your reactions, super relatable lmao
God not knowing if a season 3 was coming would be hard. So glad you enjoyed 😊
I’ve been waiting for you to watch this. I’m so so sorry. Welcome to the fandom!
The second coming is the second coming of Jesus. Basically the end of the world but in the bible its way way way worse than Armageddon with the Antichrist we saw in season 1
I just finished watching good omens on sunday, perfect timing (it broke me as well)
the last 5 min shattered like 90% of the human race lol. but S3 is in the works
Well, you've officially entered the fandom of pain and heartbreak and frustration. You've been blooded. And now the wait for season 3 slowly begins. I've really enjoyed watching this with you Ethan. I look forward to what we watch next! The second coming is when Jesus Christ returns
Omg like I can’t even wait for season 3 if feel so bad for everyone who has been waiting longer 😂
Love the shirt! Welcome to the place we all discorporated lol. One of us, one of us! Lol. We're all still reeling months later. There are several Good Omens fb groups where discussions are still ongoing. Some people think there are clues or overlooked things and break down the the final scenes to try and figure out what is really going on.
I had to break up my comment into sections because youtube kept deleting it. Sorry about that.
I actually do see a bit of fan art which is always amazing. I see a bunch of it on Twitter and sometimes even reddit.
Omg you went to rewatch. I need a good amount of time before I do that again haha
I'm a new subbie who found you through the S1 Good Omens reactions and I'm for sure sticking around! I suggested Klaus and was thrilled to see you react to it. 😊 I've also been watching lots of your other reactions and I have to say they are wonderful. To any other GO fans I'd say, please stay and subscribe!
Welcome to the grieving process for our Ineffable Husbands Ethan. ❤ Love from Canada!
Haha yes I am definitely in that grieving process. So happy you have been enjoying and are wanting to stick around. Means a lot 😊
Let's go
The second coming of Christ. That must happen since the Anti-Christ [ Adam ] has been born. 😊😊
(And anyway, do we honestly think that if he'd refused, Heaven would have ever left them alone anyway?)
The last thing I'll mention is that yes, they thwarted the apocalypse last season, but up until the bitter end, Aziraphale never really denounced Heaven the way Crowley has denounced Hell.
Spoilers in the thumbnail man :( this turned up on my UA-cam homepage. Not cool
Oh, I feel you Ethan... This was my exact reason, depressing indeed 🥲
