    They didn't build the impossible. They built a botched job of the winning design which was possible. The fake shell roof forms built were a compromised product of the unimaginative and hyper-expensive construction method employed. The architecture was ruined by the engineering. But everyone was happy to put a positive spin on it so they could all live happily ever after.
