You’re breaking my heart, mine was stolen in Huntington Beach in 1983… I healed from it with a’52 telecaster and a 1957 tobacco burst Strat. So recovery is possible thanks to vendors like Norms Rare Guitars 🎸 great work !
That's about the time my neighbor Vernus Pratt introduced me and the neighborhood to the electric guitar. He had a killer band and they would practice in a 10x40 mobile home. It rocked. He could make it "talk". They went on to Nashville for fame and fortune. Vernus figured out the best end of music with a growing family was recording, producing and session work. He achieved the dream. Starting with a Fender Mustang just like that one.
GOTD is where you get a lesson in composition as well as getting to hear some really cool guitars. Thank you Norm, Michael and Jen. The Jag has some unbeatable tones!
Couldnt click on this one fast enough’ I love offsets aswell’ I have one in the same color without the matching headstock’ it’s a 2011 fender jaguar classic player HH with the enforcer pickups’ rosewood fretboard etc’ it’s one of the ones fender put out before they started doing the “vintera” models’ I love it so much 🙌✌️
Man, I wish I could win the lottery tonight! I would buy that guitar tomorrow. A Jaguar is a guitar that I do not have and I need to get one! Great playing Lemmo! and thanks Jen for bringing these guitars and playing to us! You are an unsung hero!!!
Right? I’d so much fun with the mute feature alone! I really wish I bought one in the 90’s when they were very under appreciated and could be had for a great price.
Thanks for the inspiration, Michael. Seeing you bring these beautiful guitars to life every day is such a treat. It's inspiring me to play more guitar. You have a beautiful, melodic style and you shred, too. Keep up the good work!
For me, Lake Placid Blue with a matching headstock is the best Jag. One of the identical twin brother guitarists from The National has one and I’m jealous.
Best stuff I’ve seen Lemno ever play. You should be rocking the planet. If I had the cash id buy that guitar today! It takes a lot to make me comment lol
Me, watching my first Lemmo Norm video: “that’s an amazing sounding guitar, maybe I should get it” Me, watching my 50th Lemmo Norm video: “Maybe I should buy the Super Reverb he’s always plugged into” 😂
If somebody offered the choice of a Fender Jaguar, a Jaguar sports car, or the actual jungle cat, I’d have a hard time deciding what I’d want. Everything named jaguar is cool.
man! these Lemmo demos are such a delight to listen to 🌅
I love that Michael plays SONGS, clearly and cleanly. Even if they aren’t technical. Too many guys just want to shred and show off.
I immediately thought of Al Jardine....this Jag deserves some surf licks.

Talent plus hard work plus working at Norm's with great guitars and playing every day, equals a great guitar player, Lemmo. 😎
The most eye popping & immortal designs are the ‘64 Jaguar XKE & the Fender Jaguar. They require special skills to get full performance.

#nrgfreebook "Excellent vibe from the 65!" I'm convinced Lemmo could make any guitar sound GREAT! Keep rockin' Michael!
This model with the matching color bounded neck would be my dream. Matching headstock and mute are great on this one. Cool stuff
Literally my dream guitar

Absolutely stellar guitar! Looks and sounds fantastic.
No it’s not…
You are an inspiration on how to approach the Jaguar character and on many other guitars. So talented!!!!
Cool!! and Clean!! Crazy!!
Dude that matching headstock looks so sick!
Awesome set Lemmo! Awesome, never disappointed with Guitar of the Day! Great video Jen! So cool!
This is not the guitar of the day at all.
Love the Jaguar,Lemmo awesome as always!
beautiful guitar, beautiful playing!

Interesting tone...sounds so acoustic

Great playing great job everyone 🎉
Kind of some Nirvana vibes on that first piece. Jag’s are insanely tough to beat, and this one is killer. I wish I could afford it.

That`s special!
I ❤ Fender Jaguar
Very nice sounding guitar, great demo from Lemmo‼️👍✌️☮️
Excellent! 😎
😢
Amazing guitar! Love the look of it and it sounds great too.
Not a Jag sound and not the great player.
@@nesjo7777 i think you’re posting a comment in a wrong place
no it's not...@@martijnschilders1726
bravo
I LOVE my early '65 Fender Jag but this blow away mine (Sunburst)
Nice work there Mike....very Skunk Baxter ish....in otherwords ....Awesome playing!

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I would like to know where did you buy this fantastic t shirt...
Mr. Lemmo, if I had the means, I would buy that guitar for you. It's meant to be yours.
Michael is a god. He can play so many styles. But when he plays his own style is like water coming form the faucet. He is a great musician.
Listen, Michael has always been great but he has been absolute FIRE lately. That penultimate song had some great Jerry vibes.

Is this an original Fender Jaguar 1965 with OW colour not faded at all, not a played fretboard??? A new pick guard??
HEYo!!!!
🔥
👍
What a killer guitar! They sure don't make 'em quite like that one anymore. 👍👍👍👍👍
A great Fender Jaguar.👍🏻👍🏻
Yes, that's right. @@nesjo7777
Why do you never say the price of the guitars you play? Are they that expensive? 🙂
Norms is on Reverb, and some of these are very expensive because of the age, condition, and rarity.
👌😎
How could he put it down?
Anyone know what song he started playing at 7:12 ?
That lick is from Super Mario Bros. and then he plays other stuff on top.
Hey, lemmo, do you ever wonder that you yourself might be an offset?
Did you say Jaguarday or jagermeister?🎸🥃🤔
👍🏻✌❤😎
Cool guitar but too many buttons and switches. Leave it for someone skilled like ML
How much?$$$$🤔
No way, this is not the right sound for a Fender Jaguar……And I don’t like this player at all.
e vai!!!
#mickjagger
Anyone know what song he’s playing at 4:58?
