I’ve been using the Revair almost weekly for over three years. My hair is mid back length and requires very little effort. It started off chin length when I got it. My curl pattern is unaffected. But I don’t wear my natural hair curly anymore. It’s too much work as a new mom to style it curly. I’m a low porosity natural who suffered heavy postpartum shedding so stretched hair is the way to go for me.

Wow! I find this so intriguing and incredible that you've been using the Revair for so long to help your hair health and length retention journey! Similar to yourself, I've been using my Revair regularly for awhile now, and my hair has been retaining more and more length each month. I absolutely love it!!! 😍 What styles do you do the most often on your blown straight fine natural hair?

@@FineNaturalHairROCKS I’m glad it’s working for you!!! I do a silk press once a month sometimes, but only on like 390 degrees and ONE pass. And other than that I do one or two french or dutch braids.

The smaller ReVair does seem better and glad they listened and improved it. I know my hair would have damage too if I used any type of heat for a week. Tfs your story.
Have a Blessed and Joyful Week 💖 💛

Hey Mary! Thanks so much for tuning in! I had a feeling it was too much heat while I was doing it as well, but I still wanted to test it out. Us fine naturals really have to be careful all the time, no matter what! 😅

Yes! Agreed! 😍🙌🏾 It honestly makes life so much easier at relates to blowing out fine natural hair. Despite experiencing the little bit more breakage, I still think it’s the supreme choice for heat styling fine natural hair.

I’ve used RevAir for the first time, and I don’t think it’s worth the price to me. It’s too much work. The device (not the wand) gets very hot when using it, making me sweaty. It might be better for you if you work in a hair salon, if you go to a salon to get your hair done on regularly basis, or if you are a busy mother of five kids. Just not for me.

But it does deliver way better results than regular blow dryer. It reduces lots of frizz, and hair is less dried out.

We're "not supposed" to blow dry our hair weekly? Who made up these rules?😂
I've been using mine weekly for years. It doesn't damage my hair. I use it on low and tension 7 mostly then do big twists and pin up. If i flat iron after i use high heat. Ive tried to go back to my traditional blow dryer just to not have to deal with the bulk of the Revair and my hair felt like a brillo pad. I even put the Revair against the Dyson and Revair beat it hands down. I returned the Dyson. If you want to use it weekly just use it on LOW heat.

Thanks for watching and for sharing your experience. I’m glad to hear that you’ve found success with using the Revair weekly.

@@FineNaturalHairROCKS I'm going to use mine (the new and improved revair) every week. My trim is schedule for November or December). I will check back and give you an update on how my trim goes 🙏🏽
My leave in products before using the revair.....Greenbeauty (youtuber) leave in spritz, Oyin hair dew and it's a 10 miracle (heat protected). I do have thick destiny 4 something hair lol.....I mainly bought the revair only to stretch my hair out slightly to aid in flexi rod setting. It makes so easy....cuz....after I deep condition...my hair shrinks up SO FAST...my goal is length retention...I had 2 big chop....January 2022 and June 2022(all remaining relaxed ends were cut off at this chop)....completely natural in June 💕. The product I use to flexi rod (soultanicals vegan clump and curl custard). I sleep with my flexi rod (no hair dryer) by morning she's dry. Talk to you in November or December...until then love the videos.. Thank you

Hey Lexi! This is a great question! The new one actually feels a little less cooler than the older one but the heat settings are the same in terms of being either cool or hot. The new one seems to blow dry a little faster than the older one as well.
