      as a former neon main that stopped because of cypher (and her being generally underpowered), this is exactly what she needs. disable cypher trips (like if you walk into it then it goes into its re-arm phase) and give him a notification, potentially ignore molly damage or not tripping alarmbot. fully breaking wouldn't be very balanced tho

    Phoenix has the same problem as Reyna, if he gets nerfed he's even more dogshit . If he gets buffed you cant stop gentle mates.

      They need REWORKS not buffs and nerfs to current kits (for Phoenix and Reyna and Iso)
      Neon util should destroy trips and mollies if she hits them with both stuns so a small buff like that would go a long way

      tbh it should be remained like that because omen's blind, breach's stun or harbor's cascade also affect the allies and they are similar abilities in the sense of how they are thrown

      @@cruphs Yeah but those are active CC. Iso’s a debuff, I’d say it’s okay. Especially since it makes him clunky at the moment. As a non-entry duelist he wants to be second into the site. Problem is he has a hard time aiming his utility without hitting his teammates due to the massive hitbox it has. He already doesn’t have a lot going for him so I’d let it slide.

    I think Jett, in terms of balance, is completely fine at this point. Raze is clearly better for most maps, but its mainly the other duelists that need help more than Jett being too good

Maybe i just dont think as fast as pros but whenever i entry or smoke myself off im used to using that time to figure out my next move or to tuck in while my teamfloods as i think. Now i just have less time. Her smokes still useful but id rather it be reverted

      @@CantHandleThis6Her smokes are busted even at the time they are right now. She’s able to instant drop her smokes and play off them mid fight. Controllers WISH they could do this. Speaking as a controller player. That’s very powerful.

    I fully agree with the Jett take. She used to be broken but at the moment she's mediocre. Her only great part is (still) the dash as an entry for maps like Ascent and the fact that so many pros have mastered her. If anything needs to be changed about Jett it'd be the dash because the rest of her kit is already so weak in comparison.

      @@Aeneum Yeah but knives are fine atm. They're an eco ult just like Chamber's tour de force, Neon's overdrive or Raze's showstopper.
      Knives are basically in line with those other ults except for the duration.

    The problem with the duelist class is that movement/dive duelists are just fundamentally more important than every other duelist in pro play. Small nerfs to Raze and Jett won’t affect pick rate unless you address their movement abilities imo. Especially with teams moving away from double duelist comps, it’s even more important for that one duelist on the team to be useful for entries. If they want to rework duelists they need to either nerf dive-duelist movement or buff the non-dive-duelist movement.

      Neon can dive into a site, but is outclassed because she cannot go airborne unlike jett and raze. Her dash needs to be immune to trips, and slows because i think thats the only way neon can be picked over these 2 dive agents

      ​@@yhaerysthethird6088thats a bit too much, without being slowed down whatsoever neon is just oppressive. her speed is a near constant, especially if picking up a kill as opposed to more 1-or-2 time usage of jett and raze util. i think the sensible thing is giving her the ability to curve her wall as that would block direct line of sight and complement the weaving movement of neon. otherwise her kit as is, is good with some potential, just hard to master.

    My idea for Iso Buffs:
    - Wall: Press C to stop the wall and it lasts for 5 seconds after that.
    - Double Tap: Two options. 1) When you activate, there’s no timer. You get a kill, pop the orb, and then the timer ticks down once you have a shield. 2) Activate it, and there’s a timer, but once you get the kill, you get the shield.
    - Fractal Bolt: Don’t let this thing affect teammates. Iso isn’t breach, he’s a duelist. Let him get active without needing to be super conscious of teammates micro positions.
    - Ult: Letting him survive would make it worth the seven Ult points. There should also be a priority system, such as someone using their Ult, someone who’s planting/defusing, or person who’s highest health.

      I agree with these, but I feel like his ult is pretty good as is. I've played him quite a bit in ranked, and after a couple games it gets really easy to get good value out of his ult

      I think these are perfect changes for him, which says a lot because he’d probably still be pretty underpowered. Although as someone else said before me, the wall would make sticking half pretty easy on the bomb but like womp womp, iso is so bad might as well give him that lol

      Nah, I'd say just remove the wall altogether, iso is in this wierd state in most games if you run iso you ideally want a double duelist setup so your jett/raze can entry and you can support them but iso's kit is just too bad at this job, reyna, yoru, phoenix all have flashes while iso doesn't, this makes him really bad at being that secondary entry. Change his wall to a flash maybe something similiar to breach, because right now his wall is the weakest part of his kit.

      I had this idea before, but maybe just rework how the wall works altogether:
      Have the wall come up instantly once activated and stay around Iso while being directionally locked. This means Iso would have to worry about angles in a single direction, but also the wall should be destroyable like a harbor bubble (so that he can’t just defuse with it)

    Idea for Neon. Make it so that when sliding, Neon can slide under Cypher trips of a certain height, make the Neon model the same height as a Skye dog that can bypass trips.

    My ideas for Duelist buffs:
    - Phoenix:
    Hot Hands: Duration increased from 4 to 6 seconds. Heal tick rate changed from 0.08 to 0.12 seconds (same total, just slower).
    Blaze: Duration increased from 8 to 10 seconds. Heal tick rate changed from 0.16 to 0.2 seconds (same total, just slower).
    - Neon:
    High Gear: Slide max charges increased from 1 to 2. The 2nd charge costs 200.
    - Iso:
    Contingency: Size of the wall increased by 20%. Now it will stop at the end of its travel path and last for 5 seconds, and can be stopped early like Harbor Cascade.
    Kill Contract: Ult cost decreased from 7 to 6.
    * I do like the idea you brought up of him not dying if he loses it, would be happy with that too.
    I think Riot should accept that "Entry" or Movement" duelist are somewhat core to this game at this point, the Sentinels and even the maps are somewhat balanced around it. Set Neon up to be a 3rd option for that Raze/Jett role, and you focus Phoenix/Iso on fulfilling a more supportive role you could slot in on your Flex player, sort of what Yoru is now.

      ​@@Mh2sK1 The slide is much shorter then both Raze Satchel (which she has 2 of), and Jett dash (which can be used omni-directionally with something like an OP). I think if she is going to compete within the "Entry" Duelist space with those 2, she needs the ability to get further into the site or get back out of a deeper site angle after taking a duel imo.

      The thing is, the bodyguard kind of agents like yoru, reyna or phoenix are useable because they have flashes. Iso doesnt, which means you NEED to run skye with it or you either have no info or no flashes. The reason why yoru is good (imo) is because he can fill kind of the role of a kayo / breach, but with high movement ability. Phoenix or reyna can fill that slot as well, and compensate the no movement by having really good flashes and a good ult, or high fragging power. I really think that, if you ever want iso to be played, he needs to have some sorts of flash that helps compensate the fact that you dont have 2 initiators. Unless you introduce some unique and very very strong ability that only iso has that would make it worth for a team to work entirely around it.
      One idea that im having in that department would be his ult being 5 points, which would mean you have it basically every 2 rounds
      (this would be about how powerful i think his unique ability needs to be, considering his ult is a riskier but stronger version of a phoenix ult), but that kind of kills phoenix's niche.

      @@randommusicsearcher Fair, but there are still plenty of teams that run a agent with no flash on their Flex (example: Jett/Raze on Split or double smokes on some maps). If his wall is better to block angles and he can use his ult more liberally to break Sentinel setups, I think he could have at least a niche place on a few maps for some "aimer" heavy teams.

    I think Iso vulnerable should tell you when you mark enemies. Then he would have more potential as an alternative to scans on smaller maps where you could run two duelists.

    BUFF ISO BY LETTING HIS WALL REFLECT PROJECTILES (i.e. Raze nade, Viper/KJ/Brim molly, etc). This would allow for free A rubble control on Lotus and completely deny aggressive defender pushes with util. Also denies lineups. Also makes him not completely useless on defense as he could throw his wall to stop exec utility

    I have 900+ hours of Neon and here’s my thoughts:
    Make slide refresh to one kill, slide is significantly worse than any other duelist signature so I think it’s fair
    Stuns need a change in general, but for Neon specifically I’d make it go off slightly faster. By like a quarter of a second or so.
    I like what TMV said about the wall just make it so no team damage.
    And ult make it so if you deactivate sprint or just not move the timer pauses.

      Idk about the wall doing no team damage. All other walls affect teammates. Phoenix’s causes damage, and Viper’s and Harbor’s cause decay (wait does Harbor’s wall slow you too? Idk).

    i think raze satchel being able to do a lot of different things makes her very cool and gives some cool decision making with how to use her satchels i think instead of trying to take away expression on her satchels they should make more agents have dynamic abilities like her. Id rather them remove the damage on them or something tbh.

    One thing with Reyna, that I thought about a while ago in regards to provide more "team" value, is giving her Leers the 2 Kill recharge (so you can buy 2, use em, but 2 kills gives you one back). I think it would be an interesting change, and be in line with her kit.

    Here's my two-cents with duelist buffs I'd like to see
    Phoenix :
    Increase self healing tick rate, But keep the same total health regained.
    When in his wall or molly, Gain a stim that lasts for as long as you're in the fire. Stim fades after a second of being out of your wall or molly.
    Upon activating the ult again, you immediately go back to where you first activated it.
    Neon :
    Neon's Fast Lane will give her a stim when she's using High Gear. Neon's wall now damages enemies and not allies.
    Slide refreshes on 1 kill as opposed to 2. Hold the button to slide further.
    Make the relay bolt pop faster and concuss longer.
    Or
    Instead of concussing, Neon's relay bolt will now flash anyone caught inside the zone upon popping. Does not flash those outside the zone.
    Iso :
    Increase contingency walls from 1 to 2. Walls can be stopped when activating the ability again. When stopped, contingency walls gain a health bar that enemies may deplete. When fully depleted, the wall shatters.
    When activating double tap, the timer only begins once you get your first shield.
    Iso double tap orbs are now visible through smokes.
    Iso ult reduced from 7 orbs to 6.
    Upon winning in an Iso ult, your health and shield are fully regenerated.
    Reyna :
    Reyna may adjust the length of where her leer flies within a certain range.
    Reyna may shoot her souls to store them. She has 1 soul storage slot.
    Stored souls may be used at any time, but have a lesser effect.
    Raze, Jett, and Yoru don't need buffs, nor do they need nerfs. Other duelists need viable options that can contest with the meta duelists. They should be strong and fun to play, which would mean buffs. Nerfs make agents worse and far less fun to play.

      Nah I totally disagree with Iso, if he has no timer to kill someone then make it just a passive for his first kill lol, there would be no reason to not just press E as soon as the rounds starts
      and about the ult: he already regenerate his health and shield, if he had 150hp before ulting (he goes back to the health/shield he had before ulting)
      about Reyna, storing souls has a similar problem than Iso E that I said: you would just have it? no decision making (if you should consume it or not), no skill needed, just store it and use when you need it, nah nah, reyna is already a "all aim no brain" agent and that would just make her more of that
      saying that raze dont need nerfs is bizarre, shes the most played agent basically, has dmg, poke, zone control, movement, everything, why the hell you would pick any other agents that do one or two things while she does everything?

    Yeah I definitely agree that the only answer for Reyna is a rework- simple buffs and nerfs won’t cut it.
    I’ve thought endlessly about Reyna and her place in both pro-play and ranked but I think I’ve come up with a possible solution that would make her viable in high level competition while also not inflating her pick-rate in ranked anymore than it already is.
    Every duelist in the game has some sort of tool to threaten and then quickly take space while still being safe: Jett can disrupt by dashing into her smokes, Raze can quickly satchel-peek behind her boom-bot, Yoru can cross unsafe sight lines which can threaten enemies into retreating, Neon and Phoenix both pose the threat of bursting out behind any part of their walls with their slide or flash. Even Iso can scale behind his shield wall.
    Reyna, while having a flash to threaten space, has no other accessible tool at her disposal without getting a kill (or an assist of course). When she does get a kill, she has a brief window of opportunity to use dismiss which does allow here to safely move through the map, but only for two seconds; a very small window to capitalize on. Simultaneously, even after finding a kill, Reyna still can only use one of her two soul orbs, meaning she would need to find a *second* kill just to possibly be able to use all of her utility in a round. In ranked, where coordination can be sparse and gunfights are routinely taken, this proves to not be an issue. However, in professional play, opportunities to take gunfights are presented far less frequently, meaning it is simply harder to get value out of Reyna over other duelists.
    The change I would like to see would be to remove the barrier of needing a second kill to be able to fully use all of her utility by reworking how soul orbs reward you for getting a kill/assist. Rather than having a maximum of two separate instances that a soul orb can be consumed, a larger single bar of soul is put in place that behaves like “fuel”. Upon finding a kill/ assist, Reyna may use up to the entire bar of soul in one instance-but no less than half- on her choice of either devour or dismiss. This would buff devour only slightly by letting her recover her entire health and overheal in one burst no matter what hp she had remaining. More importantly though, this would increase the max duration of her dismiss to a total of 4 seconds: giving her far more time to safely enter contested space and for her team to follow suit, reacting off the information she sees and use utility more efficiently/optimally. Thus, Reyna would now be able to safely threaten areas of the map while doing so in a much more team-oriented way.
    Granted, the soul orb is still locked behind a necessary kill/assist, however, I believe that it’s a fair cost to the potential allowed for by this change.
    Regardless of weather or not this rework is enough to make her competitively viable in pro-play, this change pushes her in the right direction towards competitive viability and allows her to be used in ways much more appropriate of team play, while not exacerbating her strength in ranked as a pub-stomper or solo queue pick.

      My idea for reworking reyna would to just leave her dismiss as is, and give her something else instead of devour. This would make her less of a ranked stomper and more viable in pro play as she would have some other util instead of only a flash

      I agree. Reyna is not only bad in pro play but unhealthy for the game. It makes ranked less enjoyable for everybody and she's the #1 pick for smurfs. I would suggest something similar as you but REMOVE the soul mechanic completely. I believe the core element that makes Reyna unhealthy is that kills are the only reward and only gate to using abilities. I would either make her abilities be based off damage or LITERALLY make her a different agent.
      Another solution could be what you had in mind. A "soul" bar that doesn't need kills but runs out. The drain for heal and dismiss would be incredibly high (3 seconds of total dismiss or 100hp of healing) that she can use as she wants to.

      good ideas! for her ult i'd give her the full fuel bar to use for the ult's duration, allowing her to op like jett or chamber every third round. I'd also reduce her leer hp from 100 to 70 if you were to buff her like this.

    I think an interesting idea that riot could do to buff neon is to make it so that her stuns can temporarily disable utility, e.g. cypher trips, turrets, noise sensors. They could tinker with how long the stuns last on utility and I think this could lowkey bring neon back into meta.

    For Iso I would recommend
    - Have 2 walls and slightly increase size of the wall. Currently cost of wall is 200 make it 100 100
    - undercut with double damage I hope they add suppression also then this will create room for alot more opportunities and makes undercut more valuable.
    - sheild i feel it is a fine ability. I don't agree with him
    - ult i would agree with u. Make iso not die if he looses in the ult. Or another way u can make iso able to use his utility in his ult. I would feel that would be a better change

    Personally, here is how I would change each agent.
    Phoenix - Wall can go through walls. Small effect on the wall whenever a bullet passes through it. Molly travel speed increased (arc unaffected).
    Raze - Satchels do not move enemies (can still boost allies). Improve the Boom Bot indicator to show a fixed distance including multiple rebounds.
    Jett - Screw nerfs. Increased cast speed on Updraft and briefly increased air strafe control/speed after using it.
    Neon - Dash deals 10 damage to anything hit (breaking some but not all util). Reduced max ammo for ultimate.
    Yoru - Decoy and teleport can be picked up during break time. Timer for teleport
    And Reyna... Full rework time, baby!
    Passive - Soul Harvest: Enemy deaths leave a ghostly marking visible through walls anywhere on the map. After 20 seconds, Reyna's death, or the player being revived the mark is removed.
    Basic 1 - Dismiss: Near-instantly teleports Reyna to the location of the consumed soul before granting the usual effect.
    Basic 2 - Devour: Minor change, shorter overheal duration.
    Signature - Leer: Unchanged. Gets 1 for free each round.
    Ultimate - Instant Death: Activate to briefly channel, allowing Instant Death to be recast for the next 12 seconds and making a global announcement. On recast, instantly become invisible for 1.5 seconds, ending immediately upon taking action. Takedowns within 4 seconds of recasting allow Instant Death to be recast for the next 12 seconds.

    I might be wrong but for me what makes Jett and Raze be much better than all other duelists is the ability to do decent entries while breaking crosshair. (which involve flying for both of them)
    Other agents need some kind of fast entry mechanism to be useful as a solo duelist. I don't know how Phoenix can get that. Maybe his molly should be a completely different skill, like a small forward dash with feet on fire.

    Neon’s slide should break trip wires, I feel like that makes sense att isn’t too op at the same time. As you have to predict trip placement since sliding is impossible after hitting the trip

    for iso why not (just my suggestion/opinion) :
    - make the wall can be stop like harbor
    - if losing ult battle, iso doesn't dying but left with 1HP (dealt maybe 80 or 90 hp so even if get health, if iso purchase shield beforehand that become waste and will punished the player when using ult to get kill with low hp)
    - rather than shooting orb to get shield, i agree that when killing you get the shield automatic but there's interval like 0.8s - 1s to fully manifest the shield so if iso got double swing, even after killing one enemy there still a chance to get trade too (especially against OP)

    i think neon need a slight buff on the gun pull out when she throws the stun because i see many neons dying because when they throwed the stun their character is pulling the gun a bit slow so then someone could just appear and headshot,i dont think her wall needs to give damage and instead the stun could give like 5 damage to destroy some sentinels utilities and the last one would be that she doesnt get affected getting slow by shots while she is running

    -Fractal Bolt doesn’t hit teammates
    Neon
    -Slide has EMP properties and disables trips and other sentimental util in the area for a short time. Akin to KAYO but instead of having to hit an agent it’s a small AOE around Neon that will hit util. You could add player’s onto this aswell but eh. (Doesn’t break the util, that’s still needed)
    -Her ult has an intial EMP on cast similar to KAYO but only 1 pulse. As seen in her act trailer when she pops it and explodes.
    -She no longer gets slowed while in sprint from getting shot
    Yoru
    -QOL, TP and Decoy can be picked up in pre-round
    -TP doesn’t count down in pre-round
    Phoenix
    -Ult can be cancelled mid duration
    -Healing is sped up but isn’t more than the total health you could gain before per ability.
    -Once you step into your fire, you will retain the healing effect similar to how decay works with Viper for a short amount of time.
    -All anti heal effects should apply as usual so I don’t predict this being busted

    About rewarding Neon for hitting stuns and her problem with sentinel utility. Her abilities theme is electricity, etc. Most of the sentinels utility (besides Sage's) are devices: KJ bots, Cypher's cam, Deadlock's, Cypher's and Chamber's trips. So maybe make Neon's stuns have impact on them. Maybe not destroying completely, but disabling for a short period of time, something like temporary electrical short (not sure if its a correct term XD). So she and maybe even her teammate have time to cross (somewhat like Yoru can with his clone). Her stuns have cylindrical hitbox if I recall corectly, so disabling (not stunning, but turning it off) Cypher's camera placed high above the chokepoint's entrance (like that one on Ascent B) for a few seconds could be beneficial or even his Cybercages used as oneways. Not gamebreaking imo but could be usefull.

    Iso buff could be that he gets shield on activation of his (E) ability. that way he gets instant value and it also buffs the ult cause now he can always start with a shield. maybe to counteract this, make the overall duration to get a kill a bit shorter.
    with Yoru you can make his TP not run the time (time starts when round starts) and recallable during the buy phase (incase you missed line up etc)

    This "Viper is getting more adjustments" nonsense that got "confirmed" never was officially confired btw, no idea why that leak account put it out for new reason and still hasn't changed it in the last few weeks but yeah. What had been said is that Riot will keep an eye on Viper and how the nerfs will work out (just like with every other change Riot makes...) and that Riot won't be afraid to "reverse" changes if they are to hard or whatsoever (since Astra had never been touched again after the hard nerf in 4.04 you mentioned, besides that suck nerf and ult buff kinda recently I doubt it but that's what Riot said). Nothing had been said that Riot has plans already for more Viper changes, just that they'll look at how the nerfs effect the pickrates.

    I think an interesting change to neon's slide would be making her slide fully down, laying on the floor while sliding instead of just crouching make it so she's able to dodge normal cypher trips but still have counter play as cypher can just place one at feet level and also making her harder to damage her while sliding.
    As well as being able to cancel the slide early instead of going the full distance
    They can also make minor tweaks to counter balance the change, increasing weapon pull out after slide or slightly reducing slide max range etc.
    Her ult could use a buff maybe increase the speed from 20-25% while ulting, default run is still only 20% faster
    Agreed with TMV with stun duration increase
    Maybe her wall could have a third line in the middle so its harder to find neon if she runs side to side between walls

    the biggest iso change that could help him would be to be able to control your wall like a harbour push wall and being able to stop it earlier, maybe make it so when the wall is stopped it extends out a little bit more that way you can use it to deny certain angles on entry better rather then the only option being run behind the wall

      I feel like we will not see him in pro play till he gets his personal shield after he gets the kill and orb changed, the mechanic is cool but in particularly it’s way to much extra for not that great of a return, Reyna seems like a way easier agent to do well on, maybe if it was just activate after kill instead of an aim labs test it would be more practical in pro play with the wall changed you mentioned.

    I think the main problem with game balance is that initiators fill too broad of a niche that supporting duelists like Iso, Phoenix, and Yoru just don't make sense in a team draft when initiators can easily fill that role better. They have two main options: accept that movement is a vital part of what makes a duelist "good" and give more movement options to weaker duelists, or make initiators lean toward aggressive information gathering (which I think they are already doing) rather than being an all-rounder so that it makes sense to fill in Phoenix instead of Skye for example.

    I think a cool rework of neon wall would be to make it boost speed when crossing (like reverse harbor cascade). In terms of design and flavor of the agent i think using neon wall to break utility and preventing fights isn't right for the character. Boosted speed encourages people to peek the wall rather than preventing them. The speed boost could stack so a neon bhoping left and right of the wall could stack up and rly go goob fast.
    An other simple but i think efficient buff would be to give effects to the E. Either during the dash or while simply running, not being slowed down by bullets, not activating sentinel utility, invicibility frames, maybe mini flash enemy that hits a running neon...
    Last possibility : stuns rework. I think stuns could "spread" as in if u hit an enemy an other stun zone is set to the position of the hitted enemy (like when u shock someone with electricity and it spreads ye idk plz make neon op). Obv should reduce stun time, limit number of stuns, range etc so you can't stun an entire team for 999 days but it would make it a bit better.
    They ain't doing any of that neon will get +.05s stun duration, -1 ult orb and new animation effects :'(

    Also what if on iso, you activate the e ability, and instead of shooting an orb after a kill to get a shield for 1 hit, you instead have it to where:
    1.) if you kill the enemy and the last hit was a leg shot, you instantly get 25 shield on top of your shield
    2.) if you kill the enemy with the last shot being a body shot, you get 50 shield
    3.) finally, if you kill the enemy with a headshot, you will get 100 shield

    Maybe for iso, you get the barrier for 3 seconds and it's extended if you hit the orb.
    Or you get orbs passively without an ability, but by using the ability you just gain a shield instantly on kill.

    Make Iso "flow state" more literally a flow state and give him a speed boost when the shield is active, not as crazy as a steam beacon but noticeable never the less, or make the wall blind enemies if it goes through them like an omen paranoia to force people to back away from it, they could even just make you able to stop his wall like a harbor cascade

    Razes satchels are like a Jett dash and updraft in one with better range on a good player. Plus, they can break util, push people off the diffuse and be used to peek at a high speed. All in one ability

    The way i would buff neon is by making it so that when she dashes she is invulnerable to any utility (basically she cant get caught by cypher trips or kk alarmbot) but also make it that she can use that once every 30-40 seconds. So she can now entry onto sites like jett and raze but cant abuse that power.

    I mean riot got themselves trapped in a diver duelists meta since beta, so... In terms of pro play nothing really gonna change unless they do rework of them I think. Yeah, bodyguard duelists kinda need some buffs, but to put them in use would require to shift the meta towards double duelists anyway (unless rework of divers).
    In terms of ranked, well... Reyna rework ofc would change anything at all, without that its doomed for Reyna dominance.

    I think they changed neons wall damage because the tic rate was so high that it could easily do 10 damage to teammates following up on her, which is phantom headshot range. If theyre adding the damage back, make it a burst 30 on cast so it breaks utility in its path but wont affect teammates

    I think for iso they could:
    A: make his wall travel farther
    B: make his wall maybe vulnerable enemies who walk through it to punish people who try to swing through it? Maybe that’s a bit much though
    C: make him able to stop his wall like harbor, makes no sense why he can’t already
    D: or instead of letting him stop it give him two charges of the wall.
    I think any of these would really help his wall on top of your ideas for the ult and double tap, maybe make the vulnerable things radius a bit larger but yeah

    I think buffing phoenix molly damage to deal the same amount as brimstone molly would be nice, I've played phoenix a lot on ascent and on defence when I see the enemy trying to push the site I mollied the entrance then play retake while the enemy team just walk through it and receive 30-40 dmg

    People pick jett and raze because of sentinel utility, they are too overpowered and the other duelists literally can’t do anything to get past the hard sentinels like cypher and killjoy in the meta. Non-dive duelists have to take the hit in order to get entry, nerf dive duelists to the ground and the game becomes a screeching halt on attack with no one able to entry. Nerf hard sentinel utility mainly cypher and killjoy because you literally can’t break them all while running into site like normal agents while also getting shot at from 5 angles at once, once you’re in the site choke, all non-dive duelists are stuck and dead.

    With Iso ult, what if he got detained for a period of time if he lost the 1v1? would make the ult a bit better but also not let him get off as completely free, because unlike phoenix ult it traps someone into that scenario, with pheonix at least they can run away from the 1v1 against the unkillable man. Iso being detained would allow them to still be alive in some situations after their ult but would punish them for the loss

    I feel like making Iso not die during his ult is a pretty good idea, especially since, like a phoenix ult, there is a chance his body could be camped. If it's still too strong, you could have him be concussed or detained for a brief period of time after losing the 1v1 to make it easier to punish him.
    This is especially because on offense, it's basically a guaranteed kill. If you lose the 1v1, your team can easily camp the body of the player who you ulted.

    I have some ideas for iso buffs:
    1. When you activate his e and get a kill, put the orb at head level so you can activate it sooner without having to flick up.
    2. Make his wall wider by like 2m and iso should be able to stop it like harbor wall
    3. I liked the idea about him respawning after he dies in the ult, but i think after respawning he should have invulnerability for 1 second so that he cant be killed instantly after coming out of the ult.

    Neon should be able to control her stuns- right click to have a bounce like sova shock darts and no right click to just have the stun radius wherever it hits. Makes it easier to play for new players and may be cool to see stun line ups

    I would actually go the complete opposite way for Razes satchels, and just remove the damage component of them. Only make them move things. It would seriously lessen her capability to destroy util, but you could still use it to mess other players up.
    Jett and Yoru are fine as is, I think.
    Phoenix is in a surprisingly good spot I think. He has his niche, but refining that niche could go a long way. Your wall idea sounds great, I would maybe want to see them double down on his ult. Make him a character, that you really want to play mostly for his ult, as that is a big part of his identity. Go nuts with it, give it only a 5 Orb cost, or make him respawn with all the util he used during, but make it cost 7.
    For Reyna, I would maybe change the blind. A change that would affect her in pro play, but not so much in ranked would be making it so enemies "spotted" by her blind count as assists for her orbs when killed a during or a short time after being "spotted". That way teams that work well together and use the leers in executes don't NEED Reyna to get the kills, to get value, but in ranked, where everyone just does their own thing, Reyna isn't affected much.
    Neon I think needs some love. She can be really fun to play, but always feels just a bit awkward. giving her wall damage would be a massive step in the right direction, if it only affects enemies, but I would really like to see bigger changes to her stuns ease of use. It can be difficult for low rank players to use. Maybe make it larger, but remove the bounce.
    Iso is just a badly designed character imo. He would need a big rework I think. But for now, make his wall wider, spawn closer, and give him two charges, plus make his ult cheaper would be a quick fix to make him playable until he can get a proper rework. I think the Orbs are to big a part of his Identity to change, but they need some sort of change. Maybe make it so Util damage ignores the Orb, and just damages Iso direclty, so he can keep the barrier when walking through mollies.

    i think itd be cool to make iso's shield an ability like dismiss where you have to click the button again to gain the shield. but more importantly his shield shouldnt be the cylinder and should instead just hug his body as well as someone shooting the shield shouldnt cause hitstun

    Iso should be able to stop his barrier when the ability button is pressed again like harbor. This would make taking isolated fights so much easier by shutting down an angle easier. For his ult just make him start in his flow state with barrier and see how that goes.

    i think a better buff to the neon stun in particular is to reduce the time for it to actually stun so people have less time to react, or make it a little wider. Buffing duration is unlikely to happen for the same reason pheonix flash is so short compared to kayo and skye

    This iso ult change would make him an amazing duelist, yeah you’d probably have to up the cost a bit but being able to rip someone from the site with no consequence would be a huge buff compared to right now what is essentially a 55/45 skill duel
