Best practice is to only fire quick-charge shots. You get five quick-charge shots, or four full-charge shots. Full charge shots only increase the aoe, not the damage. If you use barrage (which I also think is best), spacing out shots near the end of the proc timing maximizes the bleed damage. Also, on handmaiden and sott, taking the 15% power talent allows you to quick-charge one-shot every elite and special, even on cata (sans cws obvs). On legend you can quick-fire one-shot many elites and all specials. I take bonus power to monsters and armor. The bonus to monsters is obviously nice for monster fights, but also helps hit that quickfire bodyshot breakpoint on packmasters in legend.
