Hello, I have a theory about the game. Perhaps it is the end of the game. Since the beginning of the chapter, they have all been an illusion of the character of the leader, and he lived in fantasy. The reasons are: 1- There is no development. The person is a construct, I mean, half a machine and half a human. 2- The leader does not have his own past or childhood. What is the reason? 3- During Lamia’s patch, you mention things about soldiers who died or something like that. What is the reason? (Note) This is just a theory from me, please give me your opinions ❤
During Chrome Glory patch he was introduced as another Agent using Gabriel's research to further the evolution of the punishing virus and hetero creatures. Though he's mostly been operating in the shadows, many of the disasters faced by Babylonia since then have typically been operations or results of operations undertaken by him.

Character development can only take place if a flaw is present- Lucia has no actionable flaw against her. Not even one that I remember. It's pretty much the #1 hallmark of a Mary Sue. The main reason why she's so beloved is because Kuro decided wisely to push an uneven relationship between her and the Commandant that has very little reason to be there. Hell, I kind of forgot what her personality even was; pre-plume she's just stoic 95% of the time, and post-plume she's only stoic like 80% of the time.

Lucia fights for a better future but that's vague hard to focus on when there are friends among enemies, enemies among friends and lingering distrust of yourself. It tug of war with your morals and ethics.
