Anyone else pick up on Ken's changing demeanor after Ogi answered his switch correctly? He has an intensely focused look, answers quickly and with stronger intensity. It's as if he got the feeling his prestige was at risk.
It is an awesome show! Game shows today and tomorrow continiue to captivate us with how skillful people are at answering questions, solving puzzles performing stunts, making intuitive decisions and more!
I’d say this is long overdue for a comeback, however the reality is if it did, it would be overrun by Jeopardy contestants. Only exception would be Raj from the Chase.
At 2:02, Ken answers in the most aggressive way I've ever seen him do it. He was really concerned that he might actually have competition, especially at that point.
Hope this made Ogi feel better about not going for the 1m question on Millionaire, he made the right choice. His hunch was right but he didn't know for sure, and people who have risked it dropped to 32k. Clearly he's a genius and the extra 500k didn't impact him that much. He went on to do some fairly interesting PHD studies. (I actually think the "scary" Millionaire music is tense but fair. It reminds you of the risk, it doesn't give you endorphins like a slot machine. If you know the answer, it's not stopping you.) I can play along with Millionaire but this rapid-fire direct answer, no multiple choice kind of game I get dizzy with, even if the questions get less esoteric than Millionaire's can.
No most of the people would get crushed in math against Clive. Ogi might last there. But there is no way Amy Kelly could beat him. I think Ken and Brad are better than Clive though.
@5star555555555 Not only would the switch not have triggered in time and Ken would have reached zero anyway, but he would have been penalized for it and a switch would be taken from him. Once you say switch, you've used one, even if the question doesn't finish before it can be triggered.
For someone as intelligent as Ogi, I was kind of surprised he pronounced "Don Juan" incorrectly. It's actually pronounced Don Joo-en (or Jew-in), not the typical Spanish pronunciation. But if he had answered that extra syllable, he probably would have run out of time. :)
Why isn't this show still on the air? That was amazing!
This was one of the best game shows ever made. GSN needs to bring this show back, instead of showing Family Feud 20 hours a day.
"Ogi you keep fourteen hundredths of a second to take to the final round". That line just makes me sit in awe.
God damn this is a crazy show
HOLY GOD ALL MIGHTY!
This is going to one for the ages right here!
1:13 KEN IS IMPRESSED

EXCUSE Me?!
This is one of the BEST shows ever produced by GSN, or anyone for that matter!
What planet are you from?!
holy christ, that was intense.
It is an awesome show! Game shows today and tomorrow continiue to captivate us with how skillful people are at answering questions, solving puzzles performing stunts, making intuitive decisions and more!
wish i could have made one of these guys take the SAT for me
What a nailbiter of a round! Holy shit!
Greatest. Grand. Slam. Round. Ever.
This was the best first round ever, very akin to the last round of Toutant and Pavlovichz
This is a really interesting Game Show!!!
Absolutely great round!
This one was AWESOME!
Dude that was AMAZING!!!
wow what an awesome show .
Thank you!
Pat Kiernan (the questioner) is one of the top emerging figures in game shows.
That was intense.
Wow! I'm surprised the host who reads the questions didn't mess up at all! Man that was a lot of talking
I’d say this is long overdue for a comeback, however the reality is if it did, it would be overrun by Jeopardy contestants. Only exception would be Raj from the Chase.
HOLY SHIT!!!!
That was INSANE!!!!
Wow, that was amazing!
its a good thing this stopped when it did. before their brainpower completely opened that black hole outside their building.
AWESOME!
At 2:02, Ken answers in the most aggressive way I've ever seen him do it. He was really concerned that he might actually have competition, especially at that point.
And this is how you play the game.
Yup you have to guess the correct answer
MEGA EPIC!
Ken Jennings = Dexter
Ogi Ogas = Mandark
They passed the question.
You are thinking of "switch". If they say "pass", they get a new question.
EPIC.
We are certainly trying to aspire to be "quad core" smart, so to speak! We thirst for knowledge and we never stop learning!
I see that they asked him a question. He said pass, and a new question was given. What am i missing?
That's why I said "nearly". Honestly, I think that in an entire match, Amy and Thom are the only ones I'd bet against. Maybe Frank.

our brains = pentium 4
their brains = quad core
GENIUSES
EPIC
what show is ogi from
Berji! Millionaire
@@jameshess9757 This guy Ogi should have been in the Jeopardy GOAT, but then again, maybe not. Ken beat him by a minute and 27 seconds.
Ken nearly won against Ogi if he was fast enough at the very last minute getting the question right then he would've won
@Auriex I don't believe so - it looked like while he was answering his clock hit 0.
what adummy should have switched
Ken was soo close to getting that last question in, which would've won the round.
he said blue but the correct answer was red so no he wouldn't
too bad they had dennis miller
No, look at the 1:28 question
ken should have definitely used the switch at the end
damn i feel stupid
roflmaooo. literally half the questions were answered before the guy finished asking it! O_o
If you think a rutter jennings match would have been that close you are wrong
But he said blue, and the answer was red... Oh well, it was still great. :D
Software Engineer vs. Cognitive Neuroscientist!
Go cog neuro! LOL.
Sorry but the software engineer won
Ogi said pass and they didn't pass
Ogi getting this many medical questions feels almost rigged.
No most of the people would get crushed in math against Clive. Ogi might last there. But there is no way Amy Kelly could beat him. I think Ken and Brad are better than Clive though.
Wow.... That's amazing. 14/100th of a second. That's nothing!
Basically a dead heat.

Looks like they're equal
You kidding me? I think that nearly every copetitor in the US Grabd Slam could kill Clive.
lol awsome lead
I know a few literature terms, thats about it.
@5star555555555 It would be a waste of a switch for a very small reward.
I HAD A THEORY! IT'S THE SMARTEST THING YOU'LL EVER HEAR:
i r th33nk 0gi r ander0id
this game looks really horrible...it all comes down to who gets the really long question..that was stupid
this makes me sick
