How the actual fuck did the hospital allow viper to take her back, she needs to take legal action because I doubt there’s anyway there wasn’t suspicious shot that had to be done to do that
The sad reality is, the police don't care about homeless people. They probably just wrote her off as mentally ill and Viper was willing to take her in so they jumped at the opportunity to get rid of her. This is why serial killers/rapists typically target the homeless: They're one of the most vulnerable populations in society who police will rarely, if ever, take action to help.
