350km Rideau Trail End-to-End - Days 1 & 2

In April of 2024, over 15 days, I hiked from Kingston, Ontario, 350km, to our nation's Capital, Ottawa Ontario, Canada.
My husband, Gord, was not JUST my "road-crew-of-one" this time - he was also my part-time hiking partner!

I wanted to go see the premiere of Dianne Whelan's movie but didn't make it. I'll have to watch it at home on Paramount+.
I've done the section of the Rideau that goes thru Frontenac PP. In 2021 I hiked (almost) the entire park, and stayed at all of the original 13 campsites, in numerical order 😁 They opened the 3 new sites a couple of months after I had made my reservations.

You will love the film! Frontenac PP was my favourite part of the RT, and I am definitely going to go back and hike its whole circuit of trails! The couple of campsites I saw in the park were beautiful!
