yeah sadly it doesn't work on ps2 EVER (and this consistently happens) and on smashville as well. so most likely what happened was leo's permaban was small battlefield. personally i'd go for town and city cuz it has moments where the platforms go away and becomes FD

As a falco main, i have this same issue with his upsmash on platforms. After certain percentages, the weak hit just bumps them away from the strong hit. Some characters dont get hit by the strong hit at ANY percent if they're on a platform.

Imagine getting stage counter picked 4 times, using the worse character, and having your opponent fall out of multiple comboes and STILL bringing it to game 5 last stock. Ice knight is beastly.

ice knight played incredibly except three main things: one, i personally think that going for the drag downs is a bait, as most of the times it happened this game, iceknight jabbed for coverage but ended up being frame negative because missing jab 1 has a lot of lag. I'd just complete the up air and go for a second one, although it could be that mythra may be able to foresight the second up air? second, in the joker matchup iceknight now has freedom rip those dash attack idj fairs cuz no foresight (dash attack idj fair is very frame tight but true if executed perfectly, but can be dodged out of if u do it slowly). lastly, i think iceknight got too used to the mythra matchup to the point where he forgot to disengage more when arsen came out in game 5. but still, his mostly good decision making and speed of play got him to game 5 against leo sheeeeeesh LETS GO MY GUY

I think Leo starting out with Aegis definitely worked a mind game on Iceknight in that last round- worst case scenario he wins with Aegis best case scenario he switches to Arsene and Ice gets commited to the wrong gameplan.

4:35 Iceknight should know that up smash is terrible on ps2 plats. Short hop shadow sneak hits all tech options and probably kills or at least puts Leo in a bad position. And then he gets a 2nd down tilt and goes for an even harder read when short hop shadow sneak would again hit all tech options and probably kill.
