Box blading the neighbor's driveway with the Kioti RX 7320

- My neighbor's driveway had some pretty bad potholes, so I figured I'd give him a hand in trying to grade the them out. You'll see, I'm FAR from an expert, and have only used the box blade a handful of times so far, so my skills are a work in progress. But I think the end result is that his driveway isn't perfect, but it's a lot better than when we started.
From what I could see...for such a rough surface ....you got it tamed down👍

Haha I like the idea of practicing on the neighbors stuff first! I don't have a ton of experience with a Boxblade outside of pulling snow with them. I used our 6ft on our Kubota L3600 to level the riding arena at our barn last fall. I started by pulling all of the material from where it was obviously high toward where it was low. From there I ran rows back and forth to try and get everything distributed more evenly. Then I took the remaining excess material in the Boxblade and I looped the arena similar to how ice is zamboni'd, and just took care not to did so bad. For not having a clue what I'm doing, I did pretty well I feel. I didn't record it, but kind of wish I had to look back on it and see what it looked like and learn from other people who are better at it.
I've never played with a land plain. The St. Germain ATV Club uses one to maintain their forest road segments. Maybe someday I'll volunteer some hours in their machine to try it out.

I think I'm going to get a land plane at some point. They're great for when you don't want to move a lot of material, and are just "dressing" things.
