Man getting in shape is simple af!! Strength train 3-5x Eat 2meals a day and drink water Cut the crap down to 2x a week, really 1x tbh The Fast/Fried/Junkfood and high calorie drinks. You'll look like a new person in 10mths. Big ppl needa have daily walks or atleast 3x a week Small ppl can eat a extra dinner plate Eggs, Oatmeal, fruit Baked/air fried/pan seared Chicken or fish, rice, veggies Ppl that dont kno how to workout Pullups dips squats pushups Circuit style 4 rounds of 12 or 4 rounds many as u can clean reps even if its 3 or 4. Reps gonna increase over time
Instead of counting reps when it starts to hurt it's better to just pick a weight that you can only do 6-10 reps on and then try to progressively get stronger on it over time. In my opinion, it's a waste of time to train in such high rep ranges because it takes too long to get to failure when you can achieve the same if not better results in less time in the 6-10 range.
He said he prioritizes high reps. I’m not a fan of his workout style either. He’s talking about a hypertrophic style of training yet he’s skinny and not very strong.

I train at Dragons Lair sometimes. Myron has no business being there training, he is literally the weakest grown man to ever film a workout video there lol my 130 pound GF presses much heavier than Myron does yet he calls himself a fitness coach. This is truly embarrassing and I hope he watches this and realizes how cringe this is.
