@@charlesmarlowbros If one is going to spend 9 million on a property in Spain or one of the islands then you'd be better off in fuerteventura or on the mainland La Zagaleta in Malaga where it doesn't die to death in the winter like Ibiza.
@@oldmanonamission8055 We live in Ibiza all year round, and we beg to differ. Santa Eulalia and Ibiza town are still very much alive. But of course, it depends what you're after :) There will for sure be a video about Ibiza during the colder months when winter comes around. Stay tuned!

Too far from the coast, If it was near the Sea walking distance at least then worth the Money 💴…. But sadly its not ….. its over priced
