1. Most long-form videos do not attempt to shame the non-sub'd
2. Mr beast gets views because his thumbnails can address their statement before too long [ typically meeting the first claim in the first few seconds and adding further 'high' points, all in a 12 min vid ]
I could make the same statement and it is 100% true.
Almost everyone knows something 99% of people do not know!

As much as I would have hoped for a full sale of manchester united, I am happy of the prospect of Sir David Brailsford Joining. His experience together with Jean-Claude Blanc will transfrom the football club.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I honestly feel a million times better than a person with this level of intelligence and skill in what he does is going to work for us.

I've watched quite a few of your interviews, and have found them really enjoyable and informative, but I've never really warmed to any of the people you've interviewed ... until this one. He comes across so genuine to help and give his story, and he really made me feel that the little things really matter (which I get the opposite of in my job) and that's the right way to go if you want to be a high achiever. It drove home to me the amount I've been gaslighted for a long time by people who can't or don't want to achieve, and therefore don't want me to achieve and "outshine" them. I made two pages of A4 in notes of things I'm going to focus on and/or change.
What a lovely, genuine man he is. To coin an over used phrase, we need a lot more in the world like him .... genuine

I know Dave from Deiniolen i lived in Caernarfon and we all were friends, he has done outstanding work for cycling and he used to ride bikes all over north wales, and he enjoyed football as well, he will be an asset to UTD and he will do a great job sorting things out, keep up the good work dave or as we say Sir Dave catch up soon maybe your 60th next year brother, great pod cast

It’s amazing how David has converted his background of relative isolation into the greatest success in Team Sports, particularly cycling. He keeps things simple and is modest.
Sir David has narrowed the gap between mathematical incrementation in theory and psychological and physical optimisation in practice. He uses social and motivational techniques rather than abstract theory, it becomes accessible to all. This is his calling card.

A truly mesmerising episode, i was lucky enough for Steven to post my comment about this upcoming podcast in his stories, thank you Steven #daymade. I will be watching this many times over because it is rammed full of amazing, elite performance information, especially about goals, time stamp 39:00 mins to about 43:00 mins about set the goal as a dream "Leave the dream over there, but go after the things i can do, then base your plan around around the things you can actually control" this is dynamite. I remember a line from the book 'The One Thing' i think, where it says something like 'forget the goal, just work the system and you will smash the goal". Of all the episodes this is probably my all time favourite

Very interesting. Great to hear a serious person speak of learning. I practice much of what he practices so it is always nice to have your outlook reinforced by someone so successful. One little point jumps out and that is the idea of learning and growing by small bits.

It’s very easy to think that people in Dave’s position are all tyrants and rule their staff with a rod of iron. It’s quite clear that it is not the case here, and that calm thoughtful voice helps no end.

I was unsure about Sir Dave being part of the united rebuild. Obviously questioned his lack of football experience but hearing him speak is actually very motivating and for some reason I can feel it myself so I can only imagine what he must be like to work with.
