Great video. I wish more people who used the service would share their experience.

I used them here in New Hampshire and the lawyer fail to appear in court, they also never answered my emails complaining or refund my money
I had to contact my bank to have all money refunded
Be aware! Maybe works good for some states but these attorneys here in New Hampshire are not responsible or professional

Thanks for sharing... have you considered making a 3-4 minute video of your experience with Off_the_Record? I am considering using them to fight a speeding ticket in Montana and I'd like to hear more real-life stories about how this process works... the good and the bad. Thank you.

I got a speeding 23 over the speed I thought it was the kind of ticket you pay online, but instead it was a citation and appear in court. I’m gonna try this out because I am naive when it comes to court cases

Good luck! They explain everything well so it will definitely become less complicated

Thank you! I’m going to recommend it to my son. My friend used the app and he got his ticket reduced and no points.

I mean to be fair if you were speeding and get booked, it's just a super fast lane fee. Good to hear you got a free trial of the super fast lane.

    They are full of shit.
Literally same exact ticket for the same exact thing. Not only did I lose but the lawyer didn’t tell me the case was concluded, thus my ticket went into collections and I forfeited being able to do traffic school.
Ticket was issued late May, 2022. I hired them in April. He pushed trial back to December. He got the judgment but never told me, never answered my update requests. Not until I got a collection letter in April of 2023. He claimed he’d take care of it and get it out of collections. He lied. Refunded my money for the inconvenience and said he’d still take care of getting it out of collections and not to pay anything. I racked up maximum penalties. Finally today Of The Record contacted and said I could go to the court and pay the ticket of $556 and then be granted traffic school. They lied. Court said I forfeited traffic school as soon as the ticket went to collections. Now my insurance that renews next month has the ticket and has gone up $110 dollars a month. Off The Record is not taking responsibility for the lack of communication and shitty representative they employed. They blocked my number after asking me to supply proof of the insurance rate going up. Lawyer closed the case and now I’m left in so much worse shape than before this crap company and shit lawyer.
Never hire them. Mark my words. You can go into court and speak to the judge yourself and get the same thing they do done for free and know exactly where you stand.

I had the complete opposite experience as you, they were very helpful and got me off my ticket. It must depend on the lawyer they appoint you.
