Can you pull wisps off .... Just wanted to know if I can blend it with other colors while needle felting

You can but its more clumpy than getting batts - but in a pinch I imagine you could make it work

Can you needle the sheets together?

Yes you can, you can cut out shapes in one and felt them onto loads of things including other felt sheets
