Beautiful! I wanted something else after the wristlock counter, other than another arm whip

And the STOMP for good measure! Nice and simple but it's so different it makes whoever uses it seem very clever. Random questions...1) How many students are in a typical class you run? 2) Do you have an ideal number for class size to ensure everyone gets cardio, reps and has time to ask questions? 3) Do you find that more people will show up to get ring time or in hopes of getting spots on shows the closer it gets to your monthly show?

We have 3 tiers of classes based on skill level (Fundamentals/Technical/Pro) and recently merged our two schools together so numbers have been quite high. Anything from 10-25. Personally I find that more than 10-12 starts getting a little restrictive in terms of reps, but we often have 2 trainers and ample space to keep people moving.
Often cards are announced over a month out and with regularity so it doesn’t really affect attendance, but I do notice in the lead-up to the bigger shows that the place starts pumping.

I want to learn more of what you can do from a top wrist lock. It’s not utilized often. Out of 200 matches I’ve watched live, there was only one person I’ve seen do it.

It was very common pre-90s but often just used as a hold with nothing chaining on from it.
